Those rare moments of contentment when I realize I have no needs whatsoever. When I'm not feeling even slightly thirsty, hungry, sick, pained, anxious, tired, sleepy, bored, angry, curious... ect ect. All I feel this simple contented happiness. For that briefest of moments I'm genuinely satisfied with my life and its place in the universe. My thoughts are clear, and my body and emotions are at peace.



Then something inevitably occurs to break me out of that sensation and it's ruined.
