Potato pancakes?  I've never even heard of them.  That sounds...interesting...  But the apples and cinnamon sound good...

Like I said, both Puerto Ricans and Mexicans like them as we do (it got to them from somewhere, you know...). I´m sure that you can ask your local Latino comunity if they can get them made... Or worst case scenario, I can tell you how too make them.

I do not buy them fried for several reasons: if I make them I know the kind of oil and flour I´m using and how toasted I make them.

The best in life is buying an old surplus rifle and refinishing it. Sanding the stock, putting a new finish on the rifle, polishing the chamber and bolt...etc.

On par with refinishing old firearms is weight lifting; its crazy how you can alter your body with just a little bit of training. The strength you can acquire through it makes you addictive to lifting weights. Its pretty cool 

Beautiful Video games are a close second, especially Dragon Age, Baldurs gate etc.
