I had the issue mentioned in the wiki where the installer would hang on registering a certain file (wiki link), but instead of terminating the individual process, I terminated the entire installation. Now it seems only partially installed; some of the folders are present, but I have no start menu functionality, no uninstallation link, and it doesn't show up in add/remove programs. I get an error if I try to run the program directly from C:\\Program Files\\Dragon Age\\tools\\DragonAgeToolset.exe. If I try to simply reinstall over the existing files, it errors out.

What should I do? Can I delete the entire tools folder without harming my current DAO game, or are there specific files I should remove? Any help would be appreciated.

Honestly, i would like to know this as well, as the toolset seems to install, but doesnt put on the uninstaller until after the MSSQL server thing, and since i have an issue with that, i have no way to uninstall the toolset.

What error do you get when trying to re-install it?

find the games files in your hard drive and delete them, that might help.
