Everyone knows it is a MAJOR bug and should be addressed ASAP since does break the game balance and it will be carry on subsequent add ons. Since most of people is and will be aware of such an issue, they will reluctant to buy them. This is not only an issue for gamers but also for BW to success in new add ons and expansions on DAO saga.

As we all know, the dex bug is still on this platform. With the addition of awakening, it is more annoying since the foes are more powerful. Many say about breaking rogue build but it does break any class build since dex is important for attack and defense. For example, my AW has reduced his hit rate in awakening, from 90% to 82%, not much, you might say but the foes ALWAYS hit!. If that bug affected the enemies, won't be an issue, but it seems that they level perfectly.

While I agree with you whole heartedly, the problem is that you have already bought Awakenings. This means that BW has your money and that is all they care about. If no one bought Awakenings for the Xbox then it may have forced BW hand into actually fixing the bloody game.

Except to get all the dual wielding talents and to use most bows, you need really high dexterity so err yeah.
Pretty stupid to force high dex on certain character builds and make it meaningless.

I never thought that a game in Xbox would be that buggy, for the PC it's not a problem since there are lots of mods and script you can use to modify it, but in Xbox that's impossible.
What is really wrong is the lack of support on this platform. Of course in this platform, there's no much to do since ideally every game is tested and qualified to run before comes out, but for DAO that is not the case, indeed.
So far BW/EA incur in 2 major failures in Xbox: low QA in this platform and the lack of corrective actions... I think some people in BW/EA would be upset in knowing that their venture in Xbox is not as successful as expected and people are losing interest in purchasing their products.
