The first part of this post will tell you what you get from the DLC without spoiling anything It will tell you what to expect without ruining the mission.
The second part of the review will contain spoilers but I will try not expose a lot of the DLC. A lot of criticism will be found here too.

Fist Part - Facts, layout of the perks, things you should know

So, you've all heard about the new DLC that just got out.
The one featuring another good-looking, skilled, tightly clothed, assassin / thief with a cute Japanese accent.
This DLC however, isn't free. You need to pay to download the 1GB of goodies.
What do you get for its price:
- A new star system near the Citadel to explore and plunder (more on it after)
- A new SMG (accurate, well designed, beautiful texture, does "good" damage)
- One more tech upgrade (+10%, yey!)
- A brand new Henchwoman (Good looking too, nice lips, tight outfit, cloaked face)
- A brand new loyalty mission (more on it after)
- A new casual outfit !!! (more on it after)
- An interesting character story (more on it after)
- A new loyalty skill (Grenade... again)
- Lots of credits (about 30k+)
- A new room inside the Normandy (Double-yey)
- Some new stories told by Kasumi
Sounds pretty neat, yes?
The Star System
It sounds promising but it's not. All of the planets have been mined to exhaustion, only thing "interesting" about them is their background. You have a planet to visit here and that's it, nothing else.
The Henchwoman
Well, if you do the mission early and take Kasumi with you wherever you go, she has some dialog that's funny and interesting. She is exactly like Zaeed however: her dialog lines are just stories on the Normandy. She is very good in combat, provided you play on a difficulty lower than Hardcore she'll kick-ass. Her loyalty skill stuns enemies so you can pick them off easily (not sure if it still stuns on insanity where they are all armored).
Where do you add that she looks like a thief from a heroic-fantasy book, she's packing (no cleavage *whine*), her suit is tight, her voice is sweet, her lips are... and her ass is uhm... voilà.

The Mission
It involves a heist à la James (or Jane) Bond and you have to infiltrate a lovely villa. The place looks magnificent, very nice architecture and the landscape is gorgeous. But since it is a social place you will wear casual clothing.
Stylish, casual, clothing.
If you already finished the game and decide to dust-off your character for the James (or Jane) Bond like mission, you may be disappointed. And as Jean-Baptiste Emmanuel Zorg (Gary Oldman, 5th Element) said: "If there is one thing I do not like, it is to be disappointed."
The mission is short. I started it playing at 10:24 AM and I was back on the Normandy with everything finished at 11:05 AM. And I went slow too...
The Character's story
Kasumi's story is interesting and somewhat touching; I almost shed a small tear at the end.
It starts out on a very intriguing notion that the vault you are going to rob holds a neural implant that belonged to Kasumi's partner. It contains dangerous information, information that got her partner killed. She wants it back!
Sounds perfect wouldn't you say?
The casual outfit
Women get a nice (high-quality texture) black dress with high heels and a moderate amount of Shepard cleavage.

Has a bar. You can get drunk. Alone.
Is that enough for you?
