Start the game on any laptop then put it in a car and bring the car up to the speed you want to play the game at.

LOL.

Knowing the world, someone, somewhere is going to attempt this.

Should I have put in a legal warning

Yeah..something along the lines of:   Don't try this at home...kids :D  hehe

@Shallow: CCleaner is a good substitute for a system cleaner like System Mechanic or ASC if you can't afford the paid for versions of those two, but I would suggest taking the leap to System Mechanic. Can be picked up at walmart for about $20 and is top rated. :)

We don't have "Wal-Mart" in England (We have Asda, part of the same corporate chain), but I don't pay for software that has a free alternative (e.g. I use Microsoft Security Essentials instead of some ridiculously overpriced fluff like Norton).
Why pay when a free version does the job just as well?

Game booster helped for me.  I know that load times took quite a bit longer with it turned off.

LOL I use free antivirus software and I agree.. Norton is junk. It came with my pc for free when I bought it, but I uninstalled it as soon as I got the pc up and running. The only programs I use the paid for version of is System Mechanic which is a great program for keeping your pc in tip-top shape and running like it did when it was new :).. But ASC (Advanced System Care) is a very good free alternative.

Also, I didn't know you lived in England.. Sorry lol that was my bad..

I use to use avast. It's not bad.. I had to quit since it wouldn't allow certain legit programs to run and my 'free subscription' ran out.. Didn't really feel like searching for the download again so I just used the setup I already had for Avira. It's just as good without all the 'Avast has stopped this program from accessing your Windows files' crap. It especially hated Gamebooster because it doesn't like programs that turn off background processes.

Avira I was fine with, except the annoying LOL BUY ME NOW pop-ups, which always happened at the most inconvenient moments.

So I switched to MSE, and I have no complaints.
