If you are unable to log in from the in game start menu/page, whatever, then hopefully this can help you.

*Not sure about any other OS than Windows 7.

Open your command prompt (Start/Accessories/Command Prompt)

Type in    netsh int tcp show global  and press enter.  
You will recieve information on your connection settings. 

Look for ECN Capability.  If it is Enabled, then that's possibly your problem.  

At the cursor, type in  netsh int tcp set global ecncapability=disabled  and press enter.

Close the box and try accessing your account from the log in page.

i'm not sure if this is posted anywhere in the pc support forums. sorry if i am doubling up. a lot of people are encountering a bug when entering the mines in awakening that causes their main character to lose their equipment like everyone else but be unable to get it back ever. a temporary fix, which i've seen mentioned in various threads but never in the support section as far as i could find was just before entering strip your character of all weapons and armor, then go in. you lose everything anyway and this will fix it so you can still get it back and also the fourth experimental subject will spawn. your stuff will be in the chest by the merchant near the end. just thought i'd add this since i did not know where it was. as i said, i've seen it in random threads but not sure which ones.

edit: i have the english version of the pc game. not sure what item or items replicate the issue, but it seems that having modded or dlc items makes it more likely in my experience. one of my swords is a mod. everything else is origins or awakening stuff.

Well, when it goes into tutorial mode, it's waiting for you to do something specific to that tutorial.  Something in the UI will be highlighted, and the game is waiting for you to click it.  Do so. Repeat as necessary.  An alternative: click on "Options" on the main menu, then uncheck "Show Tutorials".

By downloaded do you mean "downloaded and installed" or just plain "downloaded"?  If the latter, then go to the folder with the patch and run it.

I've got some problems with the game too (You don't say:D)

My screenshots and the photos for my load games are grey, althought i've got the settings to the highest level and i reinstalled the game completely.  Does anyone know

Dr House,
This happens when your Windows session name holds some "non-english" characters, like accents. Then you see only a grey picture instead of a correct image in the game menus, although screenshots appear correctly in "My documents".  That is also my case.

Alright i've kind of fixed the problem that happened before with me but now the option for other campaing in the main menu is grey and won't let me select it...I not good with computers and i need someone to explain what I need to do...

Only certain NPCs (in DA:O) can perform "enchantment", and only certain items (just *some* weapons in DA:O) can accept it.  These are the ones with the empty boxes (one for each rune, current max of 3) appearing under the listing of the basic weapon characteristics.  If no empty box -- can't be enchanted.

I have download the game on windows vitsa, right from the beginning everything is slow to load up, the graphics is lagged and choppy, I tried fixing this with the resolution and I cat find the best one.Is my graphics card just not up to par for this game?

I am unable to progress past the initial origins quest. I played the noble human warrior origin up to the point where his father is dying and he tells me to leave with Duncan. After i regain control we are still in the room with the characters father and there is no way out. if i speak to the characters father it restarts the cut scene and dialogue. same thing with dwarf, soon as i get to the point where the older brother is killed i am entered into a dialogue with the characters father and after i regain control there is nowhere for me to go. speaking to any of the characters restarts the cut scene and dialogue..

I've redeemed the codes but every time I go to the Downloadable Content there's a different list of what's available and so far that list has never said that I can download the two I've redeemed. Sometimes when I go in it starts downloading but never completes and every time I've tried to access EA Support I get a "they're taking too long to respond" message and so can't even access support. Help??

TSP can take forever to dl, but Blood Armour is tiny.  Check the "Installed Content" tab of the "Downloadable Content" screen.  It took me a whlle to figure out that was the one with the information I wanted to see.

Thanks Thandal but that's still completely empty, Dragon Blood Amor isn't on the available list and now it's not even trying to download. Maybe I should just start playing it and give up on this stuff :-(
