@ Gorath Alpha - I have been watching your posts and you are nothing more than a rude troll. If you can't be a little more helpful and understand that people come from all sorts of different backgrounds, how about you bugger off....

You are younger than I am, and no one has been "rude" to you. You have made some choices on your own to the point of making it difficult to provide assistance. For official help, you would go to the EA web site, and find out that there are no clairvoyants employed there, either.Zorack wrote...
I'm sorry, i'm 65 years old and fairly new at this and you needn't be so rude.
Now if you would take a few moments of your time maybe you can tell me where i would find this information.
This is for gamers to discuss tech matters in, and offer advice to one another, but when you make the choice to ignore all of the potential resources in front of you, and then get upset when the answer doesn't pop out on a silver platter, it is you who was the rude one. The pinned threads were placed on the top of the forum to provide help. However, you neither used the Search, nor read the stickies, and then you ignored the link to the description of reporting problems.
At this point, I am on the verge of letting you stew in your own juice.
As to the other, SPAM author, go dabble in the low-brow haunts where low-lifes of your nature and bad upbringing belong, rather than here.

The link was in the post: http://social.biowar...8/index/2836375 , if you click there, a list with information that should be provided is presented. All questions there should be possible to answer by looking at a spec sheet of your system. Or the invoice even.
Read this topic as wll on how to report a problem: http://social.biowar...8/index/2152953

People like that message author and various apologists for him / her are really beyond being helped in forums such as these are. It's a waste of time even trying to start an answer, because they have a preconception what they want to see, and it never happens the way they want it to. Of course, it's not possible to screen them out to avoid trying the first moves in their little drama-queen acts.
'People like that',
'they'
It seems to me the drama-queen act is on you bro.

Isn't a bug, and isn't something EA can help, but seem this is the best place for post it... There is a way to retrieve the cd-key from this sitE? I mean, i have registered both DA:O and DA:A on the website and right now i have a new PC and the manuals aren't on my current city, was thinking as the Bioware forums for olders games (NWN1 and NWN2) you could retrieve the cd-key from the web but seem on this new Social site isn't possible... or i can send a e-mail to someone for retrieve it ?
This won't help now, but maybe in the future...
I know that if you purchase some games (this isn't one of them) they need the steam client to work. I personally love Digital Distribution Centers like the Steam Client and Stardock's Impulse. They allow you to re-download the files in question if you purchase a new computer, or have a hard-drive failure (personal experience). I also write down all of my CD Keys on the CDs in question in Sharpie so if I have the CD, I have the key. If I lose the CD, I won't be needing the key too badly.
hope you find your key somewhere

When purchasing from NPC merchant (can't remember his name - in Awakenings, inside and to left of door when entering hall) certain items, such as runes and rune tracings, (eg Grandmaster Lightning Rune Tracing) required for quest with ?Bode? - armor maker. --> The item is paid for (money depletes from my inventory) but the item is not in my inventory, nor is it listed in the buyback page. So I cannot buy the item or return it after I've placed it in my "shopping cart". This happens with all his runes and tracings. The armor I tested buying did show up and I could return from the buyback screen.
I tried submitting this bug to EA Support, but they told me I needed to ask it here....
Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Thanks, Allie

Try reinstalling it first thing.
Also, I seem to have a music problem. I only hear music in the main menu and during cutscenes, that is it. I have volume enabled and all the way up for all 3 things...still no music. Assistance?
