so giving 3 mementum runes, even with precise striking, will break the speed.

Momentum runes are 5% a piece.
Haste is -25% so two hastes (which do stack) will work but any other speed adjustments on top of that will put you over the cap.

Edit: Yes, Blood Thirst does increase attack and movement speed.

You can stack Haste, but you're also stacking the attack penalty.

- Stacking Haste: Nice because you still have all 3 rune slots available. Not so nice because you dont get the benefits of precise striking or blessing of the fade (though if there was another specialization you were considering this gives you the chance to use it), you stack an attack penalty, and you also have to rely on mages and potions
- Stacking Haste, Precise Striking, 2 Momentum Runes: just like the first but just giving up 2 rune slots for precise striking (which cancels some of the attack penalty)
- Haste, Blessing of the Fade, 1 Momentum Rune: Nice because you only need 1 mage instead of 2, you only take one attack penalty, it gives you the benefits of being a spirit warrior, and you still have 2 rune slots. You only lose 1 rune slot and precise striking.
- Haste, Precise Striking, Blessing of the Fade, 3 Momentum Runes: Nice because you only need 1 mage and you get to use spirit warrior and precise striking (which may cancel the attack penalty of haste). Unfortunately you are left with no rune slots to play with.
- Blessing of the Fade, 3 Momentum Runes: Nice because you do not need any mages if you dont want them (which means no attack penalty) and it makes use of being a spirit warrior, but you lose the bonuses of precise striking and your rune slots.
Of course none of this matters if the 50% cap is incorrect, and if it is correct you could still choose to be a little under the speed cap in exchange for other benefits (maybe you would rather have precise striking and be at 40% instead of 50% or wouldnt mind dropping momentum runes for other runes)

This is true. Interestingly, proponents of a talent-spam 2H generally consider talents, being independent of auto-atk spd, as an adv and a method of maximising dps. In that case dbl-haste will actually make 2Her talent-spammer less attractive.Kastagir wrote...
Haste from two mages does stack, providing the maximum possible attack speed adjustment (any more resets/voids all others). A Two Handed warrior normally attacks once every 2.5 seconds. With maximum haste, he/she swings once every 1.25 seconds, which looks extremely fast. However, as soon as you trigger a talent like sunder arms, it will *appear* as if he/she slows down because the animations of the activated talents are not accelerated by haste or other effects. This is one of the things to consider when playing a class that depends on activated talents (like the Two Handed style warrior) as opposed to characters that simply rely on auto-attack. I usually don't have two mages casting haste due to the massive attack reduction, but this behavior more or less discouraged me from doing this on a Two Handed style warrior.
That being said, I value the disabling effects from talents a little more the dmg potential of a 2H so for me, atk spd is secondary.
