I wish the bar that you put your spells, potions, skills, into was like in NeverWinter Nights 2, where you could scroll through 10 bars.

Maybe someone who is a modder might make that happen?

There are some mods - but I found out (after several playthroughs) that if you increase your screen resolution in the graphics options menu, you get more quickslot spaces - DOH! Easy solution, as long as your PC (and I assume you're talking about PC if you're interested in mods) can handle the better resolution.
