Hello.

when i "Enter" into the Omega 4 relay for the finale, the transition/vid segments seem to be damaged from the Illusive Man's good luck speach until the Collector Probes attack the cargo bay.  Green Screen, bits, and jumpyness and stills.  very frustrating.  the music sounds awesome.  Once i get to the auto save point at the Cargo Bay attack i can force quit the game and restart my computer to get the game to play like usual.  before then, the video quality and slowness is unbearable.

not sure how to fix this.  can i get a new install for that video file?

Machine:
- Operating system: Windows XP, 2.5.1.2600 (SP 3)
- CPU type:Intel® Core™2 Duo CPU     E8500  @ 3.16GHz
- CPU Speed (GHz):3.179
- System memory (GB):3.248
- Graphics card model:NVIDIA GeForce 9400 GT
- Graphics card driver:nv4_disp.dll

thanks

try reinstalling your driver or directx package

No need to copy/paste your entire post. Just a simple 'bump' will do.

We still need to know your graphic driver. That dll is not it. Right click your desktop, go to the Nvidia control panel and look for the driver in System Information. I think it could be a problem in the installation. Try reinstalling the entire game.

I have this issue on the ps3 version. Disc has absolutely no scratches and I tried it on both my old 80 gig ps3 and my newer 320 gig and both have the same result. The order is as such,
launch omega 4 mission
see romance scene with female shepard and garrus
see illusive man scene
make it through some of the joker launching mission scene and is eventually crashes once the normandy is nearing the omega 4 relay. plz patch this soon to make it work!

Same thing happens to me with my ps3 80 gig. goes thorugh the omega 4 relay then fades to black with music playing then.....nothing. eventually a disc read error comes up. Bioware is not doing any more patches. Bioware has your money and could give a crap less about fixing the problems with thier games. Sad to say as compelling as the story is I will not buy mass effect 3 or any further installments of Dragon Age ( affter the dragon age 2 issues) because  of this fact....

You might want to direct your irritation toward EA (using their customer support site). Unfortunately, all we can offer you here, is heartfelt sympathy when something doesn't work. Maybe we can offer some suggestions, but that's about it, really. We're just fellow users/supporters; not official tech support. Sorry.
