I have a hunch that killing off miranda will cause her twin to take her role in ME3. Kill Tali... you get Reigher (or however you spell it).
It will be interesting to see how ME3 plays out. Either way... the beauty of this game is that there are enough characters that enverone will find someone they identify with. And for the ones you don't identify with... they don't need to be around in ME3.
No. Her twin isn't a trained operative she is a normal person with no combat skills. I hate these STUPID family member will take over arguments like just because people share blood they have the same skills and goals.
Truth be told, we don't know what her sister is capable of. They could easily write in that she has far more training that Miranda thought (she does appear to be a clever one).
Still, when they mentioned her in the game I thought 2 things immediatly: 1. playing up to twin fantassies, and 2. A way to ensure Miranda's role gets filled in ME3.
I hope they don't use the twin in ME3 though... it would make for some bad writing to make it work as a 1:1 exchange.
Still, I am very interested to see how ME2 squad mates are managed in ME3.
I think Liara/Kaiden/ash will become the new Jacob/Miranda in ME3... because everyone else from ME2 will have to be not critical/central to the story since they all can die.
