How do I know if all the downloaded content, including special pre-order stuff is actually in the game. When I open the game, the Cerebus lap top open, and runs messages, but it doesn't give me any indicators. When I start the game, the download content button does absolutely nothing, all that works in the start in open game and exit. Once the game is open, the other set of clickables across from the Cerebus lap top is also limited and doesn't take me to the online account or anything other than the game. At least in Dragon Age I don't have the same problem, and know exactly what I have downloaded and purchased etc.
Here at the social site - I see everything in the Promo Code listing in My Content, but it all says download.
Anythoughts out there?

Something I did was just organize it. I downloaded everything i could, then installed them one by one - upon completion of a particular install, i would move the file from my Downloads folder into a unique ME2 folder that i created. Now, anything that is ME2 related that is in my Downloads folder i know to be not-installed, everything in the ME2 folder i know to be successfullly installed, and everything thats on my Promo Code list that isn't in my special ME2 folder, i know i havn't even downloaded yet. Problem solved..
And as far as knowing for sure that its part of the game, just make sure that every install is successful. If your looking for a display for the DLC like in Dragon Age: Origins, it doesn't exist - mainly because if you notice, there isn't a personal charachter page for ME2 like there is for DA:O...which is why the download links are seperate from the game in the first place...

Go to the main install directory (not where your saves are but the original install directory)
Path: .../Mass Effect 2/BioGame/DLC (edit: turned the backslashes into slashes as the editor seems not be able to handle them)
Installed content should be there.
