Will Dragon Age: Origins work with my graphics card (nVidia 9500GT 512MB)?

Basically, I have 3.01GB of RAM (DDR2) and a 3GHz dual-processor. However, my card is an nVidia 9500 GT (512MB) which is effectively (I think) a rebranded 8600.

So, my question: will Dragon Age: Origins work smoothly on moderate (or above) graphical settings? (NOTE: Mass Effect 2 works smoothly under this card on maximum settings; 40+ FPS framerate and 25+ FPS framerate in cut-scenes).

Thanks guys :)

You shouldn't run into ant major difficulties with that hardware, but "medium" is what your video card amounts to, so medium is where your image quality settings and resolution belong.

Okay, thank you Gorath Alpha :)

As long as I don't get the worst graphics, I'm happy :)

Well I'm running more than happily at 1280*1024 on a 7600GT, which is a little slower.

OK, the PC has a decent quad core processor and 4Gb of fast ram, and not all graphics settings are maxed out, but they're generally better than half way up, and there's no problems / jittering etc - very nice visuals and I don't feel I'm missing out on anything

no problem at all , at least at medium settings ....i think you can even go higher go higher without having a signifIcant negative impact on the gameplay

I am running on the same Geforce 9500 GT graphics card, but I only have a 2GHz processor and 2GB RAM under Windows 7. Any idea how it will run on my system?
