How does complaining over prices have anything to do with one's politics? I get the TC is a simple troll, but I still think this just goes to show that Republicanism is a brain-virus. It's all hubris and inane finger-pointing. It's always cute to call people pinkos/commies/socialists. Unfortunately, one can't do the reverse and call Republicans fascist ****s, at least not without it being horribly taboo.

So even if TC is just joking, shame on him anyways for perpetuating this brand of stupidity.

Shame on you for contributing to it.

I hardly think that Republicanism is a brain virus as you called it. Not all republicans result  to name calling like you did. Hell,  most the republicans I know are very intelligent people who just have different view points than me. The one who do name calling are people like Plain.

I know I don't. Well actually, I do, but I'd blame that more on where I was born and raised than my political affiliation.

Uhhh. I didn't call anyone any names. I didn't call Republicans fascist, I'm just saying that would be the equal reverse of what the TC did.

But thanks for confirming for me your political insecurities.

EDIT: Well I guess the "brain-virus" thing was an insult.
But, eh, just my belief, which I believe isn't that much worse than anything else in this thread. I'll excuse myself now.

I think at least 60% of the video game market is NOT comfortable or familiar with microtransactions and DLC.

Expansion packs have been around for years, but microtransactions and episodic DLC is very new.

I say in 5 years people will be more comfortable with it, for now, we just have to watch people be confused about why they have to pay for a product they don't own. (so confusing!?!?!)

Here again. Another lame argument. But hey, thanks for the ridicule.

An expansion would be better than a Mc-DLC with fries and a coke.

And I think you needed just one more exclamation point on the end there.

lol its nice that you have an opinion about expansion packs. i didn't ridicule you. and any argument that concludes "i should get a product that i have not purchased" is lame in a capitalist society. i don't even know yuor thoughts or opinions, but if you quote me, i will quote you.

Frau Angela Merkel would be shocked about your obvious incapability to grasp political concepts or names. On a sidenote, I am pretty sure Frau Merkel doesn't buy DLC too.

Schönen Tag noch.

If I may politiely reply to this.
Perhaps your personal experiences are nicer than the norm.
Look at network television. Glenn Beck is a prime-time slot pundit on America's most watched 24 hours news network. Every day he calls people in this country Socialist in a fasion that even Joe McCarthy would find a bit much. And I hear this stuff personally, from Republicans, on a regular basis.
Sure there are Democrat pundits on other networks who lambast the Republicans. But there isn't that vitriol labeling. We're living in a nuanced government that isn't purely capitalist or socialist and was never meant to be either of those things. That we have ONE political party that is using these blanket-statement labels on a regular basis is a BAD thing for all of us, and I won't apologize for calling that out when I see it, though I guess it always pays to be polite about it.
So whether or not the TC was simply joking, even making these kinds of jokes is a double standard that pisses me off.
Would it be okay to call the TC a Fascist Nahtzee as long as I say I'm joking? Do wee see that kind of name-calling towards people of the right-wing political persuasion as nearly as much we see the "commie/socialist" tag thrown out there?
That is all. I'd just like things to be "fair and balanced". I should be able to call the TC a ****.
