For the love of god... what is it with bioware seriously? Ive struggled with DAO, then I struggled with DAO Awakening.. and now ME2 is giving me a headache too.
My DLC is nowhere to be seen.. I have installed it and logged into the Cerebus network in-game but nothing :(

There is nothing about DLC in the manual, there is no instructions on the DLC downloads page in profile, theres nothing in the game iteself. All I get is Cerebus news.. whats the point in that????
They spend extra time putting a DLC network ingame that doesn't even work. I had to do something with my account to get it to log in the first time (cant remember what)... in DAO I had to manually start some bloody system service to get DLC working.. and it stopped uploading my progress at lvl 8. Gah... How can they make this so damn complicated?
I don't know who is to blame out of bioware or EA but bugger me its typical EA disorganisation.

Please can someone tell me how I actually access my DLC content? Is it meant to appear in my journal? Is the Blood Dragon Armour supposed to just appear on my char? They really don't leave any clue about these things...

Thanks in advance to any kind person who takes pity on this frustrated player. These 3 games have had me crawling up the walls i swear :( So many bugs it just ruins the fun completely.

If Cerberus Network is ready and logged in when you are ingame you can download all dlcs from this website, go here: Profile -> Your Registered Game Promotions

http://social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc and
http://social.biowar...ntitlements.php
are the two web pages to look for your DLC downloads. Once installed correctly, you get an in-game email and/or journal entry and/or label on the galaxy map.

thanks guys.,. I did that but they haven't shown up in-game. I had a similar problem with DAO and I had to activate some system service but I can't find a Mass Effect updater in the services list so I am not sure what to do..

Yes I installed each DLC that I owned by going to bioware.com > profile >Your registered game promotions and downloading each DLC then running them. I did it twice.

Now im just in limbo about what to do, play the game without DLC and hope that i figure it out another day or wait in case I miss out on some really nice content.

Its like in DAO I played all the DLC near endgame but should have done it at the very start to get all the benefit.

Cheers guys!

You (or your browser apparently) download an exe file ME2_Kasumi.exe for example. Find that file on your harddrive doubleclick and follow the instructions.
