Dear EA/Bioware,
I am hoping the "community" will respond to this thread and add themselves so that you can see how pervasive the trophy problem is.  Since they seem to be maintained in two or more locations someone has to own up to correct the situation.
My trophy problem occured with Sony's 2010 is not a leap year bug.  The First Knight show up in the BSN profile but not at the PSN.  This was the last trophy to be achieved.  So it is a disappointment. 

Please provide a means to REFRESH achievements.

Trophy problems as well, relating to the endings; Ultimate Sacrifice somehow became Perfectionist, the Warden-Commander ending became Ultimate Sacrifice on my PS3 (though strangely, it updated correctly on my Bioware profile)...



Hope this trophy weirdness is resolved!
