So far the only ones i`ve encountered that i can remember are
Morrigan w/ cutscene
Leliana w/ cutscene
The Pearl w/ cutscene
As human noble w/ Iona no cutscene
As an elf w/ Gheyna no cutscene
The woman in The Pearl that unlocks Duelist specialization no cutscene

You can do Gheyna as a human too. I've done it.

If you're counting implied sex as well, there are a couple of barmaids and such in Ferelden you can hit on who seem to respond to you (Redcliffe Tavern, Older sister in the Chantry after you rescue her brother, and I haven't had enough coffee yet so I don't remember where I found the other barmaid).

Well there's your romance options so, Morrigan and Leliana of course.

Then you have Gheyna, Iona, Isabela and various women at the Pearl, not sure how many exactly.

And if you count desire demons as being female, then you have that option too.

That's about all I can recall right now.
