got samara and thane, and done mordin and jack loyalty missions, why isnt the disabled collector vessel being aquired?

I had a similar experience....I was only able to get that mission after I let Grunt out of his tank and picked up Zaeed. At that point I had done about 6 or 7 missions after Horizon.
