Incidentally, that armour is tintable. If you have the Winter Forge mod active it may be able to apply the tints to the outfit. Should generally affect the cloth parts though i can't guarantee good looking results of course.

So I decided to try and play the new DLC and I had to quit in the Marketplace. Sure, killing Howe and Coerlic (and Ogre-grabbing Goldanna) was somewhat satisfying, but I couldn't bring myself to kill Bann Teagan and Gorim. Ask me for a pound of my flesh,or all of the gold in Orlais. Just don't ask me to hurt the ones I love like they're faceless nobodies.
Seriously, I would rather just stand back and let them kill me then have to destroy them...

Yea, I figured it was similar to dwarves being immune to Lyrium/the Fade (under normal circumstances). Either mental discipline via meditation or maybe something different with the paths of his brain. He knew what was going on, he just wanted to stay because reality was so much crappier for him without his comrades/honor.
Qunari have about the same affinity for magic as elves or humans. And I don't think that they have any specific anti-mage thing except for being badass, and cutting out their own mages tongues.
He tells you how he knows; he is no fool.
Oh yea I forgot about that. I rarely talk to him in the "mage" conversation because that makes me want to cut HIS tongue out (I usually play mages).

And let's not forget that during some lines it literally sounds like you're talking to Isolde. Do they have the same VO or something? They were actually worse. The Baroness for instance.
I wouldn't risk it if it weren't for the fact I knew the Tower was secure. Not to mention that I leave most of my party there for 'kill the abomination if he tries anything' duty but they luck out in that it's apparently still sulking that I took away its army of the undead during the two days round-trip.It does...it takes TIME to travel there, time that the demon has to wreak more havoc. It takes even MORE time to clean out the tower to even GET the assistance you need. So, the consequence is...you COULD be leaving the village to get destroyed.
Like if you leave Redcliffe w/out defending it from the army of the undead first? Maybe a little less severe than that given that the abomiation has to start from scratch but half the survivors could still be dead.If I was making the game, I would have made the entire village burn to the ground.
Technically two of the treaties are optional since you can go into battle with werewolves and Templars who don't HAVE to help you.I'd like to see one of the treaties be optional. When you go to the Dalish or Orzammar for example, be able to say for ONE of them...fine, I'll seek help elsewhere. And just go to war with what you've got...Redcliffee, the circle and whichever of the other two you did.
And I would have to skip Orzammar but if there were a 'skip the Deep Roads' option...totally. We'd need to make a pit-stop to talk to Kardol due to sheer badassery but other than that we could head straight to Branka. Or even Caridin.

Well, to be fair it's not like either of them or the people they support could do anything if they wanted to until the Assembly stops bickering over succession.Really in Orzammar he's one of the few people in Orzammar with half a brain. Both Bhelen and Harrowmont's seconds act like "Crown first, blight later"
I refuse to believe you can't succeed Harrowmont no matter what the stupid epilogue to Awakening says about you 'vanishing' or what DA2 might have in store for you.And if you're a DN...Screw you all, I am taking the crown, Assembly...GTFO this is a dictatorship. Gorim...get your butt back here and run this crap, I have an arch demon to stab in the head K/ Thanks Bai!
And thus Alistair really does manage to end the Blight even if he made some...interesting decisions. We owe people like Teagn and Gorim our lives.cmessaz wrote...

To hedge her bets, she takes a few to the Tower and leaves the rest behind in Redcliffe (I would imagine Sten and Morrigan) with strict instructions to watch out for Connor and kill him if necessary to stop the threat. Then it's a race to the Tower to try and enlist the mages help.
Granted, she's not a mage, which I think might change things. She has no familiarity with entering the Fade, so it's not as appealing an option as it otherwise might be to sacrifice Isolde to save her son.

See, this is how I usually see it. But I need to try the sac Isolde scenareo and needed a viable excuse to do so. But my noble just isn't going to be able to do it, after Oren and Oriana. She has to go to the tower.Sandtigress wrote...
Going back to the Redcliffe scenario, this is how it plays out in my head. My canon isn't willing to kill either Isolde or Connor if there's another way, so she looks for a third option. Going all the way to the Tower doesn't seem that viable, but maybe it's worth the risk, if you can save everyone, and especially not have to kill a child or leave him potentially an orphan (since you don't know whether you'll be able to save Eamon).

Well, generally yes. I wanted to put the item somewhere where it made sense, hence the Warden cache. On one hand it's a drawback because it's long way to there, on the other hand it makes for a nice prize to find there, i'd hope.Lady Jess wrote...

I added an optional script to the project files though. If you unpack that one to override folder and then run the game with the dev console enabled, you can enter the following:
runscript zz_givewardenarmour
to spawn a copy of the item in your inventory whenever you feel like it. Hope this helps
