I don't think anyone was romancable, they just implied that there was a relationship, especially with the Restoration Patch. It was because of his complexity that I liked him so much, Bioware tends to make cookie-cutter characters (GOOD characters, don't get me wrong, but I get the feeling they start with an archetype) and Chris Avellone is just so amazing at writing scripts for games. I'm excited that Obsidian is doing FO4

Ok very late to join the thread.... yes... I'm an Alistair fan... first run was with my CE..... and I don't know if I want to put him with my DC or my HN......either run off as wardens or become queen..... hmmmm

Really. I didn't know that. When I made my initial Dalish she was a shapeshifter, and had no problems with a morph. I must try again now. As long as I'm making faces anyhow. I've played maybe 10 total minutes today. The rest...tinkering with morphs.

I spend more time morphing and modding than I do playing. Yeah, fade shapeshifting can even screw up for non-mages. Arms and legs and butts everywhere, big mess! Or does no one play the fade anymore....I know I don't.

Here's a question in the vein of the restored dialogs - who else does Alistair talk with about his becoming king? There's this Zevran one, and he talks to Morrigan about it (I'm going to be king, you know...).
He has some dialogs with Leliana about how he doesn't think he's worthy to be king (the one with not knowing which boot to put on which foot) but otherwise, I can't think right off the top of my head of any others. Are there others, activated or not?

ETA: He has one with Shale where Shale discusses shooting all birds out of the sky if she were queen...

May I ask what is FO4?
 
And yea I agree. I think Kreia still is oneof the best written video game characters. Certainly one of the rare best Star Wars characters, considering the pile of **** it has become recently.

*grin* Any time the urge strikes you, I wouldn't mind!  I think that banter is my favorite one, though!

I probably will go through the whole file within the next few days and fix a few other errors I found.  For instance, Alistair is asking about wooing if he's a virgin; it's supposed to be if he's romancing a femwarden.  Though it's not too out of place even if he's not romancing someone -- he's just asking a more experienced person for advice I suppose.  So maybe I won't.

Edit: My toolset is closed and staying closed for the rest of the night, but I'm pretty sure he talks about it with more than just Zevran, Morrigan, and Shale.

Fallout 4: New Vegas. Bethesda did the first 3 but Obsidian is doing the fourth one.

Kreia is what I base most of my characters after (especially my non-canon mages and Aurora, my canon Cousland). I by and far prefer her to any character made in the Star Wars series ever. Flemeth kind of reminds me of her but she doesn't seem as wise. I loved the Kreia-Atton dynamic and sometimes I really hate her and sometimes I absolutely love her.

Exactly. Rare does a character result in two contradicting emotional reactions and yet she does it perfectly. Sometimes I really want to hate her, and other times I want to kiss her (yuck I know, but still). 

And now that I think of it, she might be the most complext Star Wars character ever. I would put her on top of the list of my favorites with the like of Admiral Thrawn, Revan (my Revan at least ), Darth Bane, Darth Sidious / Palpatine (the only redeemable thing of the prequels) and Vader (barring the horrid prequels).

Sorry this thread moves fast, yeah most of my pcs on the PS3 sucked butt. Mods are the way my friend, you must cross over to the computer version.

Ugh, I hated Palpatine, though that was because he was a slimy bastard, not because he was badly written. I have theories on Revan (mostly about how he and Exile interacted). I think it's funny that Bane was supposed to be the first Darth but Bioware f-ed it up. The excuse was pretty funny "Uhhhh, he found a sith holocron and got the idea from Revan?".

Yuki, that is the lighting. I dont have too much trouble, I guess I'm prepared for it. Plus, the shapeshifting gives me nightmares.

They totally get changed, I've found anything you put on the 'features selection' (face, nose, eye shapes) all gets put to 50% if you use it at all. So you can't have a slightly slanted eye or a slightly thin nose. Now when I'm doing presets I either use 50%, or I don't use anything from that part.

Toolset morph vs. CC preset

From what i read, this happens if you use one of the predefined nose shapes and such in your morph. (move the slider for it from the 0 spot) When the Toolset converts it to preset it can adjust the "amounts" of the predefined shape pretty wildly, resulting in differences you see.
