For now, take out any Alistair mod fixes you may have from your override folder. Put the new one in (this will only trigger the first time you take him to the tent). When you're done squeeing over the scene and ready to move on, take the new mod out of your folder and put your Alistair mods back in. At some point, this will be added in to the main Alistair mod, but this is the way to go for now.

A slightly more convenient way is: leave all you fixes the way they are, just unpack the scenes mod to ../core/override/toolsetexport sub-folder, rather than just to regular ../core/override one. This will ensure the scenes mod will get priority if there's any conflicting files like the dialogue ones. Once you're done you can delete the scenes folder from toolsetexport and things should be back to normal.

The b2b for the dialogues and scripts is out as download now too btw, so it can be hopefully merged with the bigger ones.

Is there a way to merge our alistair_main? I thought that if I load your b2b, I would have to start over with my mod using your b2b as a template.

Haha, reminds me of when characters get stuck in battle positions during cutscenes. Someone's saying something really serious and someone's in the background (or if it is your PC,in the foreground) just bouncing up and down like they have to go really badly.

It happened to my character during the conversation where Alistair reveals he's Maric's son. I was half expecting him to be like "You know, if it is that urgent I can stop..." But I think it annoyed me more than it did him xD
