Yeah that would suck.I would like to think that eventually he will. I guess I have never gotten an ending for Teagan to marry. Whats up with that? To Kaitlen or Bella? I must be doing something wrong.

I am not hopeless of the GW taint thing. There are ways around it! Look at Avernus! I think that it might be possible to produce an heir.

A possible storyline I would not mind seeing played-out would be (King) Alistair possibly abdicating and allowing Fergus Cousland  to assume the Throne - if there is no magical (Avernus) intervention to the heir/taint dilemma with Ali and my HNF Queen.

I don't think Fergus not getting remarried is an option. Not for a Cousland. He knows what his duty is. As for kids, I hope there will be more, but there's no guarantee.

Poor Fergus he does deserve some happiness. I actually cried happy tears on my first HN playthrough when I saw he had lived. and the burdon wasn't on my mostly sterile PC for continuing the family. Made my Cousland girl feel not quite so alone in the world to know Fergus was still there and going back to Highever to clean up the mess Howe caused.

In Redcliffe you can get the Green Blade from a boy who is hiding in a house. When you've found him you send him back to the chantry to stay with his sister. Talk to his sister afterwards and give her 5 sovereigns for the blade and she'll move to Denerim, open a shop, meet Bann Teagan and marry him.

You give the girl in the chantry with the missing brother 5 g for the sword you get when you go find and talk to him. She moves to Denerim and meets Teagan there eventually and they marry.

Since my ending bollocks'd up and I didn't get it when I paid for the sword NOW I just give it to Bevin after the attack. Its a much cuter epilogue card for them.

You have to convicne Bevin to give you the key to the chest upstairs. There are a couple ways to do it, like having a high persuade or telling him you will pay his sister for it.

Lose approval from who? No one minds you getting the sword. There is approval/disapproval when you talk to Kaitlyn after. I've heard if you try to give her a cheap amount for the sword, and Sten is in your party, he gets mad and gives her money.

I don't have exact texts but it says Bevin grows up to be an adventurer telling stories of how the PC used his sword (which he now uses) to save Redcliffe from the zombies.

So getting the sword pisses people off?! Has anyone ever activated their romance with Alistair with the virgin question? Then sort of avoided the "beautiful" comment? That is VERY cute.

There is approval/disapproval to be gained, depending on what you do.  You do not have to talk to Kaitlyn after you get the sword.  I should have clarified that, sorry.  But if you do, giving her 5 sovereigns meets with approval from most party members (barrign Morrigan, I think).  Giving her less can meet with disapproval, ie the Sten situation.  Returning the sword also meets with approval.  I don't know all the conditions.

You get a tiny bit of approval provided you give them at least one gold. I never chose the cheap option so I don't know how much disapproval it garners. You also get approval (from Wynne and Leli at least) if you simply return it to the family. I always have Wynne, Leli and Alistair in my groups when I do Redcliffe cause it optimizes the Approval gains (yea I know, metagaming)

I think Morrigan will disapprove if you don't explicitly say that the money you are giving them is for the sword. If you didn't get it from Bevin, and then talk to them after the attack, you can just give them money to return to Denerim. Morrigan gets annoyed and says something about the PC being very generous.

I love Morrigan, but she gets kicked out of my party while I'm doing my thing at Redcliffe. 

I also prefer to get the Bevin epilogue card. I adore that kid.
