Oddly I found him tempting on my Aeducan...I can't even explain it. He treated her so much differently than any other race. For example...all those "what's wrong Oghren" options? He actually TOLD her.

My Aeducan was kind of repulsed, at first, because he was living down to so many stereotypes and getting people to start using dwarf insults - which she yelled at them for - and the Fade scene...she offered to help him learn how to kill someone with a frothy mug of ale. She did feel bad for him after awhile but he was at the top of the warrior caste and didn't even get exiled like she did but he was wallowing in self-pity...hardly attractive.

That happens a lot in these NBA shots. I have one that is pretty sweet but I'd have to edit out Nug Crusher because of Alistair's junk making a surprise appearance.

I imagine when they finished that fight, Oghren used Nug Crusher to smack Alistair's ass, just for funsies.

When you're not interested in humans or elves, Oghren looks pretty good unless you have room and board at the Pearl on a regular basis. Still no dwarf/dwarf mods though!

Well, there's the excessive drinking which would probably turn the DC off given the situation with their mother, the fact he goes out of his way to be gross, the fact he appears to be in it for the lulz, what Felsi tells you and his way of flirting with her...

Honestly, if someone was trying to flirt with me and started by asking if I were a baker because I had a nice pair of buns I'd probably kick them. Of course, Felsi appeared to go for it.

Haha if people saw the way my husband and I go back and forth in "flirting" they'd probably think I should too, but it's just how we are together. Seriously, we'll wrestle like bratty siblings at times...lol

Well, I think that's different in that you two have established that that's just how you do things whereas when Oghren shows up and starts with the crappy pickup lines he hadn't seen Felsi in quite some time and they had a really bad breakup, which he doesn't even acknowledge or apologize for. He's basically acting as if nothing had changed so I kind of felt bad for her when I helped convince her to take him back but it was, ultimately, her choice and there really is no accounting for taste.

I actually like Oghren; bad lines, drunkeness and all.  He has some major character flaws, especially in Awakening, but I even like him in that. I get the idea that he and Felsi traded insult/pickups back in Orzammar. So to me, the bad pickup line and the insults are actually a way of reminding each other of the fun parts in the relationship. Given, it's not the most healthy of relationships. But I really could never picture Oghren having a healthy relationship... or anyone expecting one when they go out with him^_^

They really needed to fix the color options available, most of them turn out so garish. Did you have to do the custom colors just like making new armor?

Yeah, anything not done w/ Winter Forge has to be entered in like a piece of armor.  It is possible to just put the retexture files into override w/ the original base name but then it would make all of that armor/clothing look like that.  Kind of like how that black retexture works w/ the Runic Warden Armor. 

There other way is to retint but I don't know much about it.  You'd have to ask TMP.

Ok, this Redcliffe conversation happened at 33 Neutral!  Alistair, you really are a prince, in every sense of the word!!!  I'm still a little amazed that he says that so early.   I don't think I've gotten this before, so I'm quite impressed and so happy on behalf of my Dalish Warden who needed a bump to be able to see him as the good man he is.  It's also a sweet little interlude before the ugliness with Connor hits (she's going to end up killing Connor).    It's things like this that make me feel like the characters have actual relationships, with ups and downs.

I went back and video'ed the conversation if anyone would like to see it.  Mainly because I'm so proud of myself for having learnt how to do that.  But also to multiply the squee.  There are also some extra lines in there because she didn't talk to him about Eamon beforehand.  Some of it is funny, like when she asks if it's something sordid.  LOL  Sorry about his lightning rune flashing there, I really need to get him something else.
