And we're going to say, when she got to Ostagar with Duncan, Wyne took a look at her and decided that armor just wouldn't do, so she harped at Duncan until he coughed up his extra armor, and she fitted it for the poor half naked lf...lol

I gave it to her after RtO and pretended she founded a spare discarded. She had it resized and customized later, apparently. You can get some interesting tints off TWF, most of them are blinding though, like electric fuschia. I liked this one best:

a little extra Alistair, for the top of the page.
I think the darkspawn is distracted by more than just his sword.

Some of you have pretty colors and I'm wondering how you do it?  You and Gilsa have the same crispness in your screenshots.

This picture I cropped, so I think bringing Alistair up close helped in the colors.

I know my screenshots are much better since I started using Fraps instead of "print screen". I also have my graphics up high, I'm not sure if that makes a difference or not. And I used the 1600x900, and 58 gamma.

Your youtube video came out really well! Did you end up using Vdub to compress, or something else?

The walking off is indeed one of the best parts. Just "Hi, gonna hit you over the head with this ridiculously smooth line and walk off like it was nothing, just TRY and resist me now!" Oh Alistair...

I know, he's just impossible isn't he? It's going to kill me to play Jaina and have him barely tolerate her. I don't even know HOW to get him to that poit...not hostile but not friendly either.

I haven't really figured out TWF yet, and half the time my new characters ignore it, because that intro is so stupidly long...and useless.

I guess she has to be good for something at some point...

You know, I really liked Wynne at Ostagar. Why couldn't SHE have been in our party?

Never talk to him? It'd probably be easier if you went straight to Redcliffe after Lothering.

So I'm curious, how many of you have basically discarded your PC half way through playing because you end up not liking the way they look? I think I'm at that stage right now.

OMG I am so guilty of that...  but, this time I did it because I over modded..Posted Image  145 item is a bit of an overload for my inventory...  that's just entering the game...chalk it up to newbie and wanting it all! Posted Image

Are those video settings things you set in the game?  I know we have pretty high video settings but I haven't really fiddled with it.

Yep I used VirtualDub, thanks to your suggestion.  :)

Well there is that route I suppose, but then I can't really say they don't get along that well. I guess if it ends up hostile, it ends up hostile. But I don't know if he'll do the DR if he hates you.

Yeah, those are the video setting I use in game. I double checked, since I think Fraps goes off what you see in game and the 'print screen' goes off what your normal computer settings are. I'm not positive about that, but I think someone here talked about it.

I've found making the little videos so addicting! Especially for super squeeee:wub::wub: moments.

I'm still in neutral with him. He hasn't liked many of my actions/responses, and I save the gifts for when it gets too low. I find it easy to choose the responses that fit (since they don't really get along), but then afterward it makes me want to see the fun, romantic responses. I end up playing two characters, just so I can still get my squeeee in.

Thats kinda what I'm doing, Jaina is a blood mage, and doesn't care who knows it (man I'd love to have THAT discussion with Wynne), and Seranna is a dalish mage without any issues, just the normal seperated from her clan, maybe a little nervous about being a mage outside the clan's protection but she is the Alistair gir, Jaina is with Zev...well when she meets him.

Haha, same happened to me. I was gonna play Dragon Age to keep me busy during a lull in game releases... the games I had been waiting for came out like two months ago already and were soundly ignored or abandoned for DA. Then I bought a bunch of other games off Steam and haven't even looked at them for more than like 10 min apiece.

Okay, so has anyone ever gotten this line in an epilogue slide? I have never seen it and I'm not quite sure of the exact conditions:

As for the werewolves, now freed of their curse, they remained together and took the surname Wolf in memory of what they once were. They eventually became the most successful animal trainers in Thedas, and each year would gather to light a candle in memory of the Lady who had loved them so well.

LMAO omg so I'm not alone then! I have like 30 other games on Steam, from their holiday deals (those were crazy!) then I got DA:O and...well what you said, and WoW went away too...lol
