If this is going to be simple job like a recolour, you can probably go easier route by creating just a custom tint. This tutorial has it described pretty well: http://social.biowar..._existing_itemsSerissia wrote...
Yeah, anything not done w/ Winter Forge has to be entered in like a piece of armor. It is possible to just put the retexture files into override w/ the original base name but then it would make all of that armor/clothing look like that. Kind of like how that black retexture works w/ the Runic Warden Armor.
There other way is to retint but I don't know much about it. You'd have to ask TMP.

Actually last nights conversation made me think about how much I hated kids even when I was one. I always thought they were disgusting and I loathed anytime one of them wanted to hug me. *twitch* I remember being forced to go to my mother's side of the family's events and all of her wretched relations crotch spawn would want to *shudder* hug me.

All I know about using it as more than candy is people using it to put on toast. That sounds as icky as putting sugar on popcorn.

Oh? Well that's something. Alistair does talk about "slaying a child," he really should back off. Though I actually don't mind how it goes, since he does back off with the Persuade check. Sometimes you wig out for reasons you don't fully understand yourself. I was thinking about his situation after Ostagar. He literally has no place in the world. He can't even be who he is publicly, he has no home base, no family, and no order to belong to any longer. It must be so hard for him to go to Redcliffe, which is what he does call home when pressed to it, and see it devastated.sylvanaerie wrote...

I lost approval with Alistair for siding with Cullen! What the heck?!
He's not going to love Idun when she takes a knife to poor little Connor. I'm dreading it, but I know it's what she would do. I figure the Dalish deal with abominations the old-fashioned way, and sacrificing one for the good of the clan is something they would have had to learn to do.
I'm a little frustrated at how different the book and game Dalish are. I want the book Dalish.
You actually lose less approval killing Connor than sacrificing Isolde. Abominations being a greater threat than the blood mage in their midst I guess. I actually got approval from Wynne and Leliana (and sten by long distance) when I had Isolde kill Connor.
I'm reminded of Jon Snow from the Song of Ice and Fire novels, if anyone's familiar. Jon is a bastard who is more protective of his "trueborn" brothers and sisters than they are of each other, even though the lady of the house is horrible to him. I was wondering if Alistair felt a bit like that towards Connor. He can experience Eamon's love of a son vicariously and tries to protect their family bonds because it's what he would want, if someone would have offered it to him. Now I'm tearing up and I really should be working.

Hmmm. Well I left my home country when I was 17 and came to Canada (I knew nothing about it) and have lived by myself. But I haven't worked except small jobs. My parents still provide for most of my bills (appt and university).
Maybe I qualify as half-adult. Or in the process of becoming an adult.
