Keili is with Wynne, Petra, Kinnon and the kids when you first encounter Wynne in the Tower.

I found this on the Nexus forums about the DT blood mage file:

"@ Adrius: If you use the blood mage file and have selected the blood mage specialisation on your character, she will confront you during the dialogue at the end of the Circle Tower. If you fail the Persuade check, you will have to kill her and everyone else there who is not part of your group, including Greagoir and Irving. If you do not use the blood mage file, you will never see that confrontation, as it was bypassed in the vanilla dialogue files."

I met Keiloi with Jaina...I swear Jaina looked at her just like I did "Oh hello crazy!" And I'm pretty sure she was contemplating a mercy kill here...


But I've never seen her in that scene with Wynne. And since I know I'll pass the persuade, I'm going to go get that file...thanks!

BTW speaking of laughing, there are certain things spoken in this game that cause me to giggle ever since the pearl mod. Anyone else experiencing this?

Oddly enough, I never give my PCs names that mean anything.  I always just take names I like, which frequently means stealing names from D&D characters.

Technically, my HNF should have been named Kirenna, since that was my noble S&S war from a game.  XD  I just didn't like the assonance of Kirenna Cousland.  My current CEF has a name I stole from my friend's current character.  Bree'enna.  Just Bree for short.  I did laugh though, when looking through D&D books for names, that Andraste was suggested for elves.

Other than Melania (I just like the sound of it, and I use the name for EVERYTHING), I name my characters by combining the names of my dogs, Zelda and Gambit. For DA my elf was Zelbit, and my dwarf was Gamda.

Changing my blood mage from black hair to blonde so her earrings are gold...how sad is that. Dark sorceress with blonde hair...good lord.
