I'd rather just look at the ocean... I freaked myself out when I was younger watching documentaries about all the scarry sh!t you can get attacked by in the ocean and I never wanted to go back in again.

Plus, just thinking about jellyfish makes my stomach turn, if one ever got near me IRL I'd probably drop dead from terror and disgust right there... yeah, rather skip out on the beach vacations, thanks xD

I watched  a show like that and it taught me I never want to go to Australia.  Don't see many jellyfish around here, though one time we went swimming somewhere and they were everywhere.  I was done after I saw that.  XD

I like going to the beach in the later afternoon.  Air is cooler and water is warm.  Very nice combination.  Also, less people and we go to a state beach which is free after 5.  Win-win!

Jellyfish are pretty gross but the ones that wash into the New England coasts are usually fairly small.

Personally I find seaweed more repulsive. I used to hate being pretty far out and having a huge swath of seaweed float into me. *shudder* I don't miss swimming in the ocean. I'd rather just look at it these days... at night.

Lol, yeah, Australia seems to be the place where all that happens, doesn't it?

I like beaches when it's cold out. Not expected to go in the water, there's no one really around... I tend to like overcast skies when I am at the beach, I don't really know why. Otherwise I'd just rather go elsewhere. I'm not a summer person, as you may be able to tell.

Yeah, they were small.  But when there are hundreds...  *gags*

At night, eh?  Watching the submarine races, as my parents used to say?

I'm very excited, we'll be in a great location. The great smoky mountains aren't far, the beaches are a road trip but well worth it, the Ren Fest in the spring time, Gone With the Wind sites, Civil War history (tons of it just on Ft Benning alone), We were soldiers was shot where I'll be living...bounces!!

 that sounds really fun, and this may sound creepy but Georgia also has some great gravesite spots worth visiting and sometimes adbandoned old churches

That's what you get when I have a look at my screenshot folder and find these two in a row. I had to show them.

Doesn't sound creepy at all, old cemetaries are pretty fascinating really.

They're like seaweed they get stuck in the tide.

As I've gotten older the sun bothers me.  I get sick just driving to the grocery store and back.  If I go to the beach it's usually at night just to walk up and down the shore barefoot.

They're almost pretty in pictures with the sun's light reflecting through them.  I don't know I think they're probably the least disgusting nuisance.  There's these weird bug things that live in that sand that look like giant fleas.  I have no idea what their name is.  Those are the most disgusting beach related thing I can think of.

Odd.  Think it could be something medical?  I like swimming at night.  It's when I use my pool most often.

And the submarine races at night is a joke about what to tell the cops when you get caught making out at the beach.

I've never made out on a beach.  The whole possibility of sand in my vagina was a definate no.

There's 347 conditions that can have the symptom of Photophobia.  I suppose the chances are good that I have something on that vast list.

I find doctors intolerable at best... for a lot of reasons and past occurrences.

No, these were huge like the size of a silver dollar.  I don't know if they're technically a bug or a crab.  They looked like a giant flea though.

I loath sand fleas.  I accidently stepped into a nest and got swarmed as a child.  I had bites all over my legs.

Oh, ok.  Might be a type of crab, then.  I don't know any bugs that big.

And, ewwww!  Here's an Alistair to make you feel better:

I thought from their faces you could tell that this is anything but true love. :D
They are looking both so adorably and genuinely disgusted while talking to each other.

It's technically a crab. It's still gross though. I finally found it.

Very nice!  That variation on Ali's hair is usually called Anderstair around here.  Somehow Anders superceded Duncan in the lingo.

So, people talking about PayRoo commissions has made me interested to try one, but I have no idea which character I would pick.  I've put so much heart into my later games that choosing one out of them would be hard.

Edit for top of page:  It's been weeks since this ending made me cry, but this shot still gives me tingles.
