Meh! I know my little musings get ignored, but can anyone help me explain this?

And I have a human mage, ready to hopefully add to my overall goal. One canon of each origin. Of course it's taking me ages to play through trying to attain this. This one is going to listen to Jowan, and turn to Irving, thinking it's for Jowan's own good. I did my best to not go and try making her LOOK all badass, just normal. And She wants to join the wardens, and told Duncan this. Man is he annoyed at the circle/chantry. First time I've talked to him in his room and man he is ticked.

She really is pretty.

You were asking earlier for an eye color with a blonde, was she the one you were talkin about?  Did you see how green would work?  I alternate with my blonde female's, depending on their hairstyle on the eye color.

I think this ^ ^ is the BEST hair mesh in the game. I can only use two of the hairstyle meshes, everything else looks terrible on my PCs.

I always go with this one, or the tucked behind the ear ones TMP made from the default hair, or Morrigan's hair, Though like someone mentioned, I'd love a long ponytail, or long double braids that come over the shoulders in front.  I'd heard there was a double pony tail hair that did that posted in the thread but I never found it.

I don't know, I can't get into that hairstyle (not that it matters yet, since I'm a console player for now anyways). It just looks too...pretty for me, a hairstyle that's too much work to maintain while you're running around defeating the Blight and running an errand for every nobody in Ferelden. I think I could go with it for a post-Blight epilogue sort of do, just not during in-game events. *shrugs*

You're not alone.  I greatly dislike hairstyles like that.  It's a matter of personal taste, but it totally breaks immersion for me.

Edit: New profile photo!  Prolly gonna have to tweak it a lil bit though.

I pick it for the opposite reason. It looks wild and messy. Like fingers have been raked through it in frustration, or exhaustion, My hair has natural waves in it, and pretty much looks like that by the end up the day. Except shorter.

Edit: the back is only collar length on that style and wavy. Morrigan's hair  would take more work. There's not a clean part, and it doesn't even look combed...lol:happy:

There was one posted but it's the style currently given to the little girls in game. The post was made wondering if it could be turned into regular hairstyle if i remember right.

Yeah, that was me.  If I'm not mistaken the mesh would have to be resized to fit the adult heads of the various races.

It's the curls on the side that get me - like she's got a curling iron out in the Wilds.  Actually, I could picture an HNF or DNF trying something like that for the first few days and getting all frustrated while Morrigan looks disgusted and Alistair all confused... :P  I think it's just overly curly for my tastes, looks too stylized.  I'd like something inbetween, for the same effect you like.

Most of my PCs have easy styles to maintain, the one bun or the Cauthrien pony-tail or just cut straight with no frills.  Only my Dalish has the braids, and I figure they're cultural and she lives out in the wilds anyways and would be used to simple maintenance on that.  I also imagine that they all keep their hair short/pulled back to keep it out of the way while fighting darkspawn, but that after the Blight they might let it grow out some, for the ones that aren't against being feminine.  *spends way too much time thinking of these things instead of her thesis, goes back to work*

I'm going to go back through the pages and snag screen shots of people's characters wearing my armor. Let me know in PMs if any of you object to this and I won't add them to my gallery.

lol true, but someone with natural wavy/curly hair wouldn't need a curling iron. :D My mage and my Cousland I think are the only two that use it. Both dwarves use tmp's tucked hair, One elf uses a really long straight style, and the other uses Morrigan's, and my blood mage elf uses that Jaheira one with the cornrow look around the front.

Or just finding the whole thing really awkward?

Posted Image

Posted Image i was lucky with my CE sort of, i'd usually sneak ahead with the party left on hold behind, so when Sten thing triggered it was pretty much just him and my elf, and rest of party ran in all panicked afterwards, Wynne spamming heals and whatnot. Otherwise yeah, awkward Posted Image

It's like going to a barbeque and watching the hosts get in a huge fight. ;)

I am a total dork. I create a photo album of each of my canon characters, I take more scene shots than anything else. I suck at getting the deathblows and whatnot. And my trigger finger isn't quick enough, I wound up with a shot of Anora's a** last night:

edit: I'll write this where noone will notice anyway. And I don't mean to cause drama, but what does one have to do to actually fit into a conversation in here? Posted Image

I just looked at my screenshot folder and I have 5,000 unorganized pictures. 90% of them are probably repeats, I just can't control myself :(

Oh believe me, I've had my share of Posted Image shots.  They get promptly deleted.

My trigger finger was good on this one though!  Ogre breath!

As did this! NOOOO Anora's a** shots in my folder! I had a really hard time making her queen this time around, but my city elf gets the Alistair GW ending, which arguably is the happiest in the game, well minus the fact that there is no appearance in Awakening *grumbles*
