Whereas two weeks ago I asked my dad if he'd get me DA for the PC, my brother pointed out I already had it for the XBox, and my dad got if for me anyway...Ah, well. Reality will hit soon enough, I suppose.sabreene wrote...

I'm sure I'll be able to relate to it better once college is over and I have to attempt to live in the 'real world.'sabreene wrote...

I see. I tend to prefer having a future, having it suddenly taken away, and then fighting to get it back once everyone assumes you're out of the picture.sabreene wrote...

What's the fun in everyone hating you and considering you beneath them when you're the one solving all of their problems for them? I really don't get it.
I guess I should rephrase, I don't enjoy getting the snide comments -- it makes me annoyed with the people who have their heads so far up the *sses that they can't understand what's going on. But I like that the writers put those comments in, it keeps it real to me.
The enjoyment comes from playing someone who thought she had no real future, and now everything has opened up. Even if people don't get it and resent her, she is still going to make her future for herself.
I like both, but since I'm playing my Brosca right now, I'm more attached to her.Plus, I can probably relate to more the rags to riches and having to fight your way up, since that's basically what I've done in my real life. Although, definitely not as dramatically!! lol
lol ! Maybe so! My parents were hippies that lived in a trailer in Huntington Beach. So I started working "unofficially" when I was 12 to start saving up for college, since I knew they wouldn't have two cents to give me. I paid my own way thru to get a masters, and now own my own home and help pay for them, and my grandfather to live, and helped paid for my sister to get into her career. So... I relate to the DC
Alistair, post-coronation... and/or Alistair gush thread (Origins/Awakening Spoilers)

If Isolde is the one that believes in the Ashes and Teagan thinks it's pointless then why do you have to go to Haven with Isolde dead?Mel_Redux wrote...

My EF happy ending kiss was super squee, but I'm going to have to re-do it before I add to the video collection. Morrigan has the Wings of Velvet staff and she must have been standing close by because they were bathed in the weird bluish glow and look lke ghouls. I love that staff but the blue glow really wasn't necessary.

@cmessaz, there IS a bug in the EF gate kiss for a sacrifice ending. Charsen is working on the fix now.

*grins* Always pleased to help, my dear. It would make an interesting story, if you cared to write it.
Edit: Anyone have Charsen's nexus link?
