I still want this as a t-shirt, like others have said.  It wouldn't be hard to do on cafepress, but I wouldn't dare do it without the owner's permission.

The artist is DestinedtoRock who at least used to show up on the SiB IRC, LD.  If you see her, you could ask her if you could use it.

I remember being there the night she drew that.  :D

I will keep that in mind.  I could always send her a note through deviantart.  Maybe I'll indulge in some sort of DA based t-shirt for Otakon.

And I was thinking about how you could do Redcliffe last and thus not find out about Alistair being a prince until you've been travelling together for nearly a year. That's fine if you're just friends but if you're in a relationship? That just strikes me as a horrible thing to do. He knows exactly what he's getting himself into but she doesn't. I think she has a right to know that no matter what happens between them he might still end up having to dump her if he ends up King and, until Anora shows up, that seems the only possible outcome. I know he wants to be sure she's not just after him for his blood but it's really unfair to her to let her fall in love without making her fully aware of the risks.

Does that bother anyone else? One of my characters even broke up with him over it because that was kind of important information and she couldn't believe he would keep that from her and let her get blind-sided with the 'oh, and Alistair is going to be King' thing.

I did that once, my mage didn't take him to Redcliffe and didn't know about him being king until right before the Landsmeet. I was a little shocked that he doesn't bring it up at some other point. If they can re-record his spiel about Eamon raising him if you go to Redcliffe before you ask him about it, you'd think they'd have a back-up for the bastard reveal.

Hmm..as far my story goes, Lenya will be confused at first then quickly change into RAAAWR raaaage, when he stops and tells her his story. This will not end nicely for the prince, so much is sure *whistle*

Yeah, I think if you don't go to Redcliffe he should confess once he hits adore because that's when the relationship starts to get serious and you can't blame him for not telling everyone who has ever shown an interest in him (although you're apparently the first that wasn't also a lady of the night).

Am I the only one who won't give my humans bright eyes? I don't mind being more exotic with elves, but I think it is unnatural on humans.

Once upon a time, I hosted the Miss Ferelden 2009 contest.
The Grand Oak was one of the judges.

Those were good times......

Half a year since then already. How awfully fast times pass.

It didn't matter to my Kara. She had no idea that it actually meant anything - to her it's no different than the fact that she's the former keeper's daughter. Alistair said he didn't want to be king, so she took that at face-value, until Eamon gives his spiel about how important it is that Theirin blood sits on the throne. And since she did Haven last (my decision, to not break immersion with Tamlen's "You won't see me again"), they were already well-involved at that point.

Yeah, I can't either. The only character of mine that doesn't have a vanilla eye color is my elf.

Oh, and my bald mage but light green isn't out of the ordinary.

I can't give any character bright eyes. The blue-green eyes that are vanilla for the game are almost too unrealistic for me.

And I accidentally gave them to Lu Amell:

Yeah, I haven't been able to give any character that eye color either. I did have one human mage with weird yellowy eyes but she has since been deleted <_<

What do you mean by bright eyes? A color aside from brown?

Nah, i give my characters default eye colours. (well, i toned down slightly the blue and green ones from the oversaturated defaults) I tweaked the CE's eyes for the awakening though, figured after such long time there could be some small sign of the developing taint showing, so there's this very faint shine to her eyes making it just a little brighter brown. Then funnily enough one of NPCs in Amaranthine inn actually had a line commenting on that.

Bright ones, like the elf in my avatar. My humans get default colors.

After seeing the looks of some of the nobles in the keep when you hold court, I am wondering who is in fact tainted.Posted Image Some of them are pretty scary.

I'll do Haven also last in my story, not only because of Tamlen but also cuz it's the order that makes most sense. I also could explain why my Mahariel is acting so pissed about it, but I think this gives too much away of the things I've planned ;)

To my other chars it never really mattered. My HNF was all "he's a noble born" *sparkle eyes* :o My DNF sported a facepalm, thinking  "Do I never get away from the noble crap...even on the surface?" ....and my CEF was just shrugging, while finding it somehow...thrilling.

Then again I never visited Redcliffe last with them. My main char is the only one who had this doubtful pleasure.
