I'm basing that on the origin character that shows up post-coronation. For, say, Gorim or Cyrion who were already in Denerim then the coronation could have been a week later. But tracking down the DE's origin clan or Fergus would have take time and for Rica to have heard about it and been sent by the Assembly to Denerim? If Dagna's right about it taking two weeks from Orzammar to the Circle Tower and you still need to go a bit farther to hit Denerim, not to mention it probably took more than a day for the Broscas to become warriors and Rica an ambassador...it would probably have to be more than a month for the timing on that to make sense and chances are the coronation took place on the same date no matter which origin you are. And there may have been damage to the palace that needed to be fixed before it was fit to hold a coronation in. Alistair, for one, doesn't seem to think his coronation will be for a few months.AnniLau wrote...

For all we know they've already tried to comfort the PC and are now trying to enjoy their victory and the PC is the one who is still 'Alistair's dead so I have to be miserable' even a month later.
The love of her life died and she's still mourning him a whole month later? Silly girl!
In Sarah's hypothesis, it is. I don't think it is game.
My point was just, that's not something someone gets past quickly. Sometimes they don't at all.
It's understandable that an in-love PC would still be upset but it's slighty more understandable, I think, for the others to have begun to move forward if the coronation was a few weeks or months post-Alistair's death.
For Fergus he says he had recovered and by the time he was trying to find/join you he heard you were already marching to Denerim (he must have been seriously fubared if it took him a dang year to recover his wounds). And I presume he was heading to Denerim to find you.
Also I foiund it extremely insensitive of the others not to acknowledge what has happened even if it has been a few months. THey will maybe have moved on but if you romanced him, I doubt you would recover that fast. The least they could hvae done was say SOMEthing...but nothing...
WC is epic EPIC fail.

I'm undecided how Idun should turn Alistair's romance on, but here are two sweet possibilities.
You're special to me
I do like you and not because of your blood
I think the latter is more likely what she would say, though she's the most surprised of anyone to be saying that to a human man.

I've killed him before based on his note that indicates he's experiencing the Calling but resisting. He could end up a tool of the Architect's. Though the fact that he can resist represents hope for other Wardens, so I guess that could go either way.Lady Jess wrote...

I keep telling you people, Avernus! He lived how long with the taint? I'm sure he could think of something!
I always keep him alive now, I used to kill him, but have realized he may be useful. He does agree to experiment humanely.

Exactly... they don't act much like Band of Brothers at the end of it all, even to the Warden.AnniLau wrote...

I don't know. They'd traveled and fought together for a year+, and been to hell and back in that time. Even if they didn't always like each other, they'd still built an odd sort of 'family'...I don't see the others moving on all that quickly either.

I don't think he did, he said the Couslands fought with them, and were killed by the tyrant

Do they just naturally have twins? We only know that two wardens can't have a child by 'natural means' which still leaves the door open for magic finding a solution to the problem. Your best bet would probably be either Avernus or at least using his research although if the mages were tasked with finding an answer that could work, too.
I could have done that, but I decided the Maker owed them.
Who knows? Maybe one day I will go back and rewrite and change it.

He admits to using blood magic on the nobles if you use the right dialogue. I am going to try with my current HN to go that route and see what he says first.Lady Jess wrote...

I just did that last night, but not on my Cousland. He admitted to using blood magic on nobles, and that they met with Teyrn Cousland, but he didn't specifically say he used blood magic on him. I don't know if that's an extra detail that comes up when you're a HN.

Some of the Archdemons are female, though. Or at least they were when they were old gods. Maybe the male gods have to be trannies when they become Dragons:innocent:

But Avernus did it for the right reasons - he tried to free Ferelden from a tyrant who wasn´t less evil than the one Maric defeated when he drove the Orlaisians out.

...theeen, he opens his mouth. :innocent: This was actually a cute dialogue, though, about what Grey Wardens do when there aren't darkspawn around. Doesn't help his manliness that he suggests he'd sit around knitting socks. LOL He must not have liked Esra's snark back, however, since I got a -3.
Why do you keep on saying Anders is so unmanly? I don't find him particularly effeminate or anything. I guess I'm just not a fan of the whole gauging manliness thing, since it is so damn arbitrary and especially since that is a commonly used justification for hating Alistair (his "unmanly" character).
