We use #WeLuvAl but a lot of us have protected tweets to keep away the spambots, so you won't find that much with just the hash.  If you want to join us, add me (Sandtigress05) and I'll introduce you to everyone else.  Who all seem to be sleeping right now...

Twitter is...a way for people to send quick little messages for others to see.  Mainly used for screwing around and letting friends know what you're up to.

See, first there were blogs.

Then there were Facebook status updates.

Then there were tweets.  (or the other way around, whatever)

Eventually we'll have a website where we just click a box every once in awhile to let people know we're alive.

So... Steve Valentine doesn't have a public Twitter page?  I never use Twitter so I'm clueless, but I went to look and clicked that I wanted to follow his page.  I got a notice saying that a request was sent to him and he needs to approve it.

How can you change your PC's looks once in you're in game? I know you have to use the toolset, but when I open the toolset, I see lots numbers and words, my eyes cross and my brain grinds to a halt.

You post brief updates of anything you want to share - what you're doing, your thoughts on some issue, lolcats, whatever - and then people can respond somewhat like they do on forum threads. The number of characters per update/response is theoretically limited, but most people just do several responses until they're done typing.

Whatever pops into your head, that you want to say, but isn't enough for say a forum post or blog post.
