Yea everyone was talking about the denerim gates one and I wanted to see if it happens whether you bring Al or if he kisses you goodbye and I logged on my DE (The only one who had a save) its pretty sweet but a bit off kilter.  I dont' know if its cause my PC was an elf or what but it seemed a bit like it was patched rather than smoothly flowing.  And the perspective changes, instead of over the PC's shoulder it was over Alistair's and then it reverses and shows over the PC's shoulder again...looked odd to me but was still a sweet moment.

The whole 143 thing reminded me to try out tmp's mod, and all I can say is... wow. Beats BSC and the original any day. It's sweet and tender, very in-character for Alistair! And it fixes the prior to sexytime kiss too! Props to you man, if you happen to come across this. You made me one happy camper. x3

You get the kiss, no matter what, if you select the "I love you" option. The scene is screenshotted, I took Alistair with me to the AD. With Morrigan's ritual, naturally...

Why does it seem all the mods have a tradeoff? I downloaded TMP's tent cutscene and found it more romantic than BSC BUT its not compatible with the dialog tweak and lacks that "Alistair watching the PC sleep" final image which I really like. So it lacks two things I want but its just SO much better than the vanilla scene with the game or BSC's mild version *sigh* decisions decisions.

it is very different from the waking up and finding Leliana watching you. With Alistair, he just quietly and dreamily watches you sleep, gentle adoration coloring his expression. With Leliana, you wake up, she's fully armed and armored, looming over you with those daggers sticking out from behind her back, and the first thing she talks about is stealing your eyelashes and oputting them in a bell jar.

Agreed.  Its my favorite cutscene image.  I read it as he has the thought running through his head of "I can't believe she's really here and let me do all those things with her" kind of thing rather than Leli's butterfly/eyelash analogy.  Maybe if she stopped at the butterfly line but then says that about the jar EEEP made my Cousland boy wanna run hide.

Nothing at all. I just noticed this face on him yesterday, it was right after we killed Jarvia and exited her hideout. I kept looking at Ali's face thinking....."What the hell are you so pissed-off about"?

@sylvanaerie:  yeah, I didn't really like that they took out the 'Alistair watching you sleep' thing.  I found it incredbily sweet and having it missing really makes me meh.
