For the Dalish lovers...
I was paying closer attention in the Dalish camp in Awakening and noticed it's quite different from the ones in Origins. It's actually more realistic, I think. I had said somewhere else that it would make more sense for people who have to move fast in the wilds and hide to have yurt-like structures instead of wagons. It appears that's what is in this camp as well as the aravels. I also really like the carpets they show, which remind me of Central Asian kilims. This is definitely more how I picture a Dalish camp- more realistic dwellings and more colorful.

Here you can see the aravel used as a base for a larger dwelling. I always wondered what the "mast" was supposed to be for. What it looks like here is that it unfolds into an awning around the aravel.

Elgar'nan (god of vengeance)? Or Falon'din (god of the dead)?

These burial posts are interesting. I take it that this is a variation on the idea of planting a tree.

This sort of detail gives me hope that more is going to be done with the Dalish in future games.
Sorry for the derail... I didn't do much with Idun tonight other than Cammen and Gheyna, and no one really wants to talk about that. <_< I really don't know what's up with that. It could have been a sweet love story, and I guess it
sort of is, but it ends up being a joke. It also makes the Dalish look like prudes. I think they would probably take the marriage rituals seriously, but no more seriously than Chantry followers.
Edit: Oh, I did
video talking about the halla. Zevran says something interesting about them. The funny thing is that it is Alistair's 2 levels of Survival that allow me to succeed at this quest. I would LOVE it if they gave you the option to let the shem calm the halla. That would really blow people's minds, especially since afterwards everyone in camp is saying "wow you have a way with halla, the gods must have blessed you." Ha! Alistair the halla farmer.
