No. My human mage kissed him well before the tent, still grabby heads. She later initiated the tent scene, still get grabby heads.

No matter who takes initiative, Alistair always cradles my PC's heads when I kiss them.

I gave him a geneology of the Kings of Ferelden and then a bunch of coal and onions to bottom out his approval. He then proceeded to Hostile Speech me, which was hilarious because I did nothing wrong besides the hate-gifting.

Incidentally, Hostile Speech Alistair is incredibly hot. I've said it before, but it bears repeating.

Maybe they got attacked in camp. I don't know about you but I wouldn't sleep in armor...hot sticky blood covered heavy plate mail...ummm no.  It would have to be removed and cleaned or all manner of health issues would start coming up.  So maybe said Ogre woke Alistair or caught him with his pants down cause as we all know, its possible to have sex in Thedas in your underwear
