I realize now that in the Alistair Sacrifice video, she's supposed to be saying the words.  But I think it's her remembering them in her head, and instead askign Alistair to please not be dead.

The community thing is from the BioWare Bazaar thing that only included 48 US states in an international community. Since it was lauded as an epic community event, people got annoyed and made joke sigs about it.

You know what would make lots of other people happy?  If tmp could do the US with the other love interests.

Not that I am complaining, oh no sir-ee!  It was just a thought for when I finish off my other play throughs.

Something to the effect of people from all different countries feeling left out by bioware. So they write "I used to be part of the (bioware) community now I am just european or russian or whatever.....

Spot on with the latter   in the version with the Warden dying Alistair does says this line. If it's him that's dead though then it's actually voiceover/memory and her lips don't sync with words on purpose -- what she actually says it's up for interpretation.

edit: i was thinking of the other LI's but ultimately figured this is more of a warden-only thing. Maybe it's possible to pick a line for others which would work in similar way but this one is bit exclusive, i think...

Edit:  I understand about the other LIs.  And yeah, the line is great for the Wardens.  There must me a line somewhere for the other companions.  *looks around at the members*  Shall we begin a search of lines?

tmp, I really admire your ability to zero in on the heart of a scene. Those videos weren't easy to watch, but they were very appropriate for the nature of the relationship rather than just a lame line at the funeral. And I especially love how it reinforces the Grey Warden theme -- THIS IS IT. THIS IS WHY WE DO WHAT WE DO.

yup...I was part of the community but I am just a Floridian which I don't mind because I'm a Gator fan

I'm going to have to agree with this because while Leliana and Zevran stay with the warden, they don't ever join the Grey Wardens. Zevran helps to recruit, but he still stays on the sidelines without committing to their cause. Only Oghren actually wants to be a Grey Warden (although using that as an excuse to get away from Felsi is lame). So it would be weird to hear that Grey Warden line if other romantic interests were to do the cradling.
