She tells either Alistair or Loghain (possibly both) that the child will not know who it's father is. Then again, that could be because it's Alistair or Loghain and she doesn't like them.
There's a line where she says something similiar when Alistair asks about the child.
I interpeted that as meaning knowing his name to find out who the father is, but not necessarily the "who" of his character, or of the people he came from.
