You do realize what you'll have to do if you remake him, right? And if you do...can I change his eye color?
Brain overloading with Teagan squee...What do I have to do? lol and how will you change his eye color?
I would give him that green/blue color.

A: Look, before we go any further I want to say something.
A: I appreciate that you brought me to see my sister, and that you... well, that you were there to talk me down after we left.
A: You're a true friend and I... love you. I just... wanted to tell you that.
PC: I love you, too.
A: Well! Now that that's out of the way...
If you harden him after Goldanna:
A: You know, I've been thinking...
PC: What have you been thinking about?
A: Back when we left Goldanna's, you told me I needed to look out for myself more than I do. I'm beginning to think you were right.
A: I need to stop letting everyone else make my decisions for me. I need to take a stand and think about myself for a change, or I'm never going to be happy.
PC: Don't let me influence you, Alistair.
A: No, what you said made sense. You were right. I should be looking out for myself more. Or did I not understand you?
PC: No, but you don't have to do what I say.
A: I don't have to do it, I want to. What you said made sense. I should have done this a long time ago.
[SET: Alistair hardened. ACTION: change main motivation from Good to Glory.]
A: I just wanted to thank you. Being with you is the one bright spot out of everything that's happened.
PC: I feel the same way.
A: Let's go. We've got a lot left to do.
Thank you :3
I dunno what to chose >< I guess I have to harden him because I planned on making him king and marrying him and then not doing the DR and have poor Al sacrifice himself. What do you guys think would work better in this situation? I could not make him king and we just be GW together and do the Al US ending ><

well if you make him king and engage yourself to him and then turn him into dragon kibbles, Anora gets the throne and you get to be the big hero at the party they throw afterward (Al gets no funeral scene). You don't get a wedding and you don't get to be queen.

You can't marry him if he dies. The wedding doesn't happen for six months after the archdemon is slain so Anora would be queen by default. If you king him, you'll see him in Awakening. If you don't, you get an epilogue slide.Fangirl17 wrote...

Which blue/green color do you like? I keep wanting one, but haven't found a really good blue/green. I did make one where I used a blue texture and then a green tint, which came out kind of interesting.

I can't hear anything because I'm at work
Is it Teagan's real voice? Or is it that the ladder mod replacement replaces the ladder line with a Teagan line?

Alistair blames himself for how Goldanna reacts. He says something like "I guess I thought she would accept me unconditionally." So you would rather he go on thinking that? Or you tell him what is actually true, that people take advantage because they're trying to get ahead.cmessaz wrote...
So instead of comforting your friend who has just been through a hard time, would you really tell them to suck it up because everyone is like that?Tirigon wrote...
Well Alistair needs to grow up and understand life´s a b!tch.
I know we've had this discussion before so there's no sense going around and around, but to me it is confirming all the **** that got poured on him as a child. Which is also why I can't not make him king. When he can speak up for himself, he wants to be king.

the human violent subset is Teagans VA but the first coupple of bytes of it were just growl/yells and didn't sound like him. There are a couple lines he says that do though. And that ladder one comes up a LOT so hoping I will hear the one Cmess linked a lot...sabreene wrote...

The one that they give you in the game. Sometimes it looks like an emerald green and sometimes you see the tealness.

I have less problems with it, since my characters aren't the most innocent ones or/and want just the best for him.Mel_Redux wrote...
Its hard for me (no pun intended) to harden Alistair unless I'm playing a complete b!tch. I still can not justify ever saying that line.
For my city elf Aeris I RP'ed it that she was pissed in the moment on how Alistair let Goldanna waltz over him, that she nearly shook him and said this line. Of course she was irrational angry on him, where her true wrath was directed at Goldanna for treating him this way...but out of respect for Alistair she left her place without doing her harm. Aeris regretted her harsh words afterwards and gave him his mother's amulett to cheer him up. After that Alistair gave her a rose in return and they kissed (with her initiating o.O) Quite endearing, really <3
Lenya however reacted similar, yet chose other words in my mind, softer ones. Eventually she had the same intention like Aeris. She couldn't stand how people walked over the person she loves most without having himself complaining about it.
I think not telling him to stand up for himself is to support the way Eamon had risen him eventually. People learn and change after all or at least should. Why let Alistair get stuck in his insecurities, when there is so much more within him? Tis a waste, really

I might on this boy. I plan on marrying Anora and I dont' want Alistair to feel bad that I took his throne or something. I want him to be happy staying a GW.
DON'T harden Alistair if your going to make yourself King and not spare Loghain. You will have no chance at marrying Anora if he's hardened. I just did this with my M!Cousland n learned the hardway lol.

It really depends on my character, for me.
Some of them are too nice (sometimes detrimentally so), and wouldn't say something that feels mean even if it would help. They have to use the comfort lines.
Some are ****y, and just would snap that comment without a second thought. Especially when they've seen people out for themselves first hand.
And some give the hard advice that helps, even if it may sound like a mean thing to say at the time. They don't see it as being mean - they see it as helping him to learn an important lesson, so he won't get hurt like that in the future.
Edit: for clarification
