Surely! I took an xbox screenie jsut for you!

It took me a moment, then I started laughing my head off.  How did you get an X-box screen shot of that?!?!  Do you know what's going to happen next so I don't have to wait for it?!?!

I don't get it :(

It's from my story: Anders + knife = Crazy-eyed Brand Cousland

PS. Mel, it's totally going on my story thread. I have fanart!

I really like this image. I like romances in a game because I joke about them being Steve Trevor to my PCs -- I want that token armcandy to look at me adoringly as I conquer the world. I thought this picture of Alistair was a nice reminder of my Steve Trevor analogy.

Do you know how many times I made myself dizzy trying to turn into Wonder Woman? And I still have boot envy.

I'm not talking about the advice, but rather how the conversation goes. I just seems like you are taking advantage of the fact that she doesn't know what to do, especially when she says she wishes she hadn't left the chantry.

But that's just how I saw it. I always harden her anyway though, because that is how my characters feel.

Yea, she wished she hadne't left the chantry because she keeps running from what she is. Which I think is a waste.

Besides, she remains a strong believer even when ahrdened, so it's not like you are brainwashing her. The way I see it, you are encouraging her to set herself free from the lies she made up for herself.

When I was a kid, I used to run around in my Wonder Woman Underoos, like they were a costume.  My dad even bought me yellow rope at the hardware store for my "golden lasso".  Then my grandmother would yell at my mom for letting me run around in my underwear.

LOL! This was my little sister. She would wear her Underoos under her clothes constantly, and then strip out like she had just "changed". I was too old to get away with it, or even have Underoos. But I did wear golden cuff bracelets!

I can see Addai's point.
I don't know about you girls, but when I read the dialogue options given to my PC, I don't think they literally say the exact same words, but rather say that sentence in their own way.

I can think of ways to say a sentence with the concept of "everyone's out for himself" behind it, in a nicer, less cynical way.

The fact that the game has no stupid morality meter, means you are pretty much flexible when it comes down to dialogue options and how / what kind of tone...etc you would use when saying them.

Hey me too!  Actually I just assumed most people played that way.  Some of those lines just sound awkward if you read them literally word for word :?

As for hardening, I almost always harden Alistair, still haven't hardened Leli, but I might try it this game.  I kind of like her idealist goodie goodie side tbh.

Yay!

I also wore my Wonder Woman Underoos like a costume. Once I even got a wee bit carried away and punched my Pappy in the nose. Being Wonder Woman standing in the corner for twenty minutes is not as much fun as it sounds.

YAY!!! I have console commands... took me awhile to realize I had to make a shortcut on my desktop to get the right file path to open... Nice cudos for me after an 11-1/2 hr work day!!

@ mel.. I asked this about 30 pages ago.. how do you like the PC version.. It rocks as far as new and interesting things to do and play ... getting smoother at the controls but, I still pause quite often.

You are missing out on a femme fatale. Plus she remains an idealist, only slightly more flexible. People think hardening her means she goes back to her previous life, which isn't true. She incorperates both elements of her life. Making her one of the very very rare religious femme fatale redhead sexy and paradoxically cute badasses. With a great voice to boot.

As for hardening Alistair. Depends. Hardened him in my Canon Cousland, which didn't help much anyways.
Did not harden him on my Dwarf canon playthrough, because he needed an idiot king on the throne, so he can rule as Chancellor.

I'll probably give it a shot.  I don't think I can harden her in a game where I romance her though.  I know this is going to sound absolutely insane... but the fact that she opens up to threesomes and foursomes is actually a bit of a turn off for me.  I love the fact that Morrigan is so against them actually.  It just makes the relationship seem more serious imo.

I almost always put Alistair on the throne so I try and harden him with that in mind, and my PCs are usually fairly cynical anyway so it all works out.

lol! My sister wrapped my mom up with her "golden lasso" (or yellow jump rope, as the case may be). She wasn't too thrilled. I was a little too old. I dressed up as Wonder Woman for Halloween and my dad wouldn't let me go out of the house. I guess he didn't consider a painted corset much of a costume for a busty 12 year old. I didn't understand it at the time, but I do now!

I wasn't alive when that was the trend but... geez.  That pinched girdle look is soo not sexy.  I welcome the era of the J-los, kardashians and Beyonces! :D

Yes I agree, this is one downside to her being hardened. When I did harden her at the very first time, I didn't erven know about the threesom / foursome, I didn't even know you could bed Isabella anyways. So that did not play any role in my decision to harden her. Also, I did not romance and harden her at the same time (but it was for different reasons), but I see your point.

And yes, I absolutely love the fact Morrigan flat out refuses threesomes and the like. Just like me. She doesn't like to share or be shared. Posted Image

Damn I'm only halfway through with Aeris but I'm already planning my next playthrough...which will be quite different this time *cough*

<--- This is Irana Amell. Profession: blood mage and psycho b*tch. She has a heart made of stone, and uses people for her benifit and for power, power, power. Yep, she is that shallow. She gives a frikkin damn about anyone but herself and will use her status as GW for her benefit. Irana will do anything to end the blight and to advance the power she has. Which means Werwolves/Anvil/abandon Redcliffe/Connor murder/Circle annulation here I come. Fun time. :wizard:Also most of her companions won't see the end of the day, alive that is, Alistair is predestined to be hostile and will lose his head at the end of the landsmeet.

And Irana will all do this with a smile on her lips

She will most likely stay as chancellor to puppet Anora after feeding Loghain off to the archdemon. Poor archi :crying:

Tis going to be a very interesting playthrough, I admit, but I will cut corners here. No sidequests for me (as if she would helping others, pffft) and make a beeline to the treaties. I doubt that she will get involved with any of her companions.. outside the fights where they are useful, that is. Though she might use Zevran for fun times at camp, just to throw him away in the end.

Can you say sociopath?

It's irrelevent what he would think. Wonder Woman is made for Batman / Bruce Wayne (who absolutely and mercilessly pwns Alistair in very single aspect of life).
