If you side with Bhelen in the Orzammar quest then his second Vartag makes you go deliver forged documents to Lord Helmi in the Tavern and Lady Dace in the Diamond Quarter. She claims she can't make a decision even though it's her job to and makes you go track down her father, who is pretty much like 'why did you have to go find me when my daughter was right there?' She's very rude, haughty, insulting, and even if you convert her to Bhelen's side she still ****es at you when he wins. Perhaps that's an archaic Highever accent? PErhaps that accent drove Howe mad and made him do what he did?
