Why isn't there a 'skip the fail sections of the Deep Road' mod yet?
I wish you could skip right to Bownammar, the Deep Roads are just frustratingly long. And skip the Anvil thing, because it's ****ing stupid.

I prefer the deep roads to the Dalish treaty, but I hate the Stone head dude thing.
Well.. the Deep Roads aren't supposed to feel like a summer get away. It's meant to be long, windy, grueling etc. I actually like the fact that it's so drawn out personally.Kryyptehk wrote...

The chick who is married to the Berlin Wall. Apparently this woman thinks the fall of the DDR shouldn't have happened because of the destruction of the Berlin Wall. Yeah, I'd take harmless, creepy Japanese guy over crazy lady who thinks Germany should still be seperated.
You can stealth through a lot of Deep Roads. Just park the party at the zone-in, take your stealther and walk past a lot of mobs. Anytime your stealther drops out of combat, you can save the game and summon your party to you (they only appear at your side out of combat). Look for areas with cutscenes to auto-port your group, too (such as approaching Ruck). I stealthed past Kardol and his group, looted the caskets for the armor, and dropped out of combat before I talked to Hespith. Ported the group over to her. Then stealthed to Bownammar, got the key, stealthed out of combat and unlocked the door and just stealthed all the way to the Broodmother. I could stealth past the first part of the anvil, but once you hit the cutscene for having to fight that stone-face thing, you have to participate. After that, it's the Cairdin fight and you're nearly done. You won't get experience, but just buy some elfroot and hand it to the guy in camp after finishing the Dalish treaty if you want.Kryyptehk wrote...

I get through quick enough. It's just hitting The Anvil of The Void section, and that stupid spirit anvil that I think I hate so much. Really just Orzammar in general too. Do this, nope not enough, do this too. Nope still not enough go do this. It's three dungeon crawls for one treaty, where the rest are fairly quick.

Does that mean you're going to be here less often?Annnnd done. I say this every time, but I honestly think this may be my last playthrough. Unless someone mods the Orzammar experience like the fade, I just ughhhh. It's getting to be same ol same ol now, and I always said I'd stop if it got repetitive.

Dear lord, anyone else HATE the spirit Anvil? I alwats end up doing the stupid thing solo with everyone set to hold positions becuse it's such a frackin pain to keep directing everyone.
I am not a violent or spiteful woman, but The Spirit Anvil makes me want to throw my companions off of Caridin's suicide cliff and laugh as they become one with the magma.
