Do it anyway!  It can be him being protective of his fellow Warden, and that could be something that wins your PC's heart.

I have my current PC so overpowered, she doesn't need Alistair to save her. We just cut through the hords together, beautifully. I really increased his cunning and dex and he's just on fire now, VERY sexy

UH, do DW warriors even need cunning? I thought strength and dex were the most important stats.

I didn't think I would either, because I always DW. I do like his Shield tactics - very sexy. I just wanted to see him do something different and I approve of my decision now.

Oh boy Alistair lovers, this is looking awsome in game. I am heading to the store now, when I get back I have 1 more test to run, then I will upload BETA 1.0. I know I said this earlier, but I had to repair a snag I uncovered. All is beautiful so far, and I can't wait to share. Be back soon.

Oh lord! When I have Morrigan cast haste  we just hack everyone up in a mass flurry - it's fantastic.

Handy tip for cool combat screenshots -- when you see something good happen, hit spacebar to pause. You can now move camera around the scene by left-clicking companions or enemies, rotate and zoom the view as you please with the right mouse button. When you find angle you like hide the UI with the V key, hit the print screen, then unpause for more happy stabbity time when you're done

I have to say I'm fond of my S&S Alistair too.  Though DW at the Landsmeet might be nice I swear on hard tank Alistair vs tank Loghain is like a 20 min fight... it's worse than watching Druids duel in WoW.

20 mins later after hitting for 10 damage a swing Alistair wins and my PC goes around waking up all the Arls and Banns.
