I can verify this. I even mentioned that Addai would hate it when she found out that Lel and Ali were linked in DLCTSNBN (and offered up a Maricstair to soften the blow!).

Much like Alistair is a victim of male Jealousy. Long before DSC.

However, I was njot terribly offended by her relationship with Alistair in DSC. In fact, I was rather pleased, to be honest. If nothing else, it shut up alot of the whiny boys claiming Alistair was gay or asexual.

Leliana, however, is terribly annoying to me because she is far to feminine, frivolous, and girly for my liking. Morrigan and Shale are far more my speed. I prefer total and complete ****es to hang around, as opposed to shoe-crazy god-bunnies.

Do you really want to hear it?  There are Leli-lovers about, so I'll confine it to two words:  Boring and annoying.

Hence why the DLC was such an insult, since it implies that my PCs who romance Alistair are equally boring and annoying.

I've gotten over it.  Sort of.

Isn't it ironic that calling it the DLC That Shall Not Be Named requires a lot more typing and thought than was put into the actual product?

Much like Alistair is a victim of male Jealousy. Long before DSC.

That doesn't make much sense. If girls had to be jealous, they would be so vis a vis Morrigan who is Leliana's superior multiplied by 10.

Unless all of you came to the realisation that Morrigan is so much better than you, that jealously is moot and useless. Makes sense I guess.

Hence, it is not simply a case of jealousy. It is more a case of strong dislike for a weak, clingy, ninja-love female who is incredibly irritating with her rather vomtous excess of syrupy ribbons and lace femininity.

But if we were to go by the jealousy theory, then Leliana makes much more sense, because leliana is far more a competitor for Alistair's affections than Morrigan. Morrigan and Alistair dislike one another in game, Alistair has to be coerced and bullied into sleeping with Morrigan.

Leliana, on the other hand, is much more a likely candidate to attract Alistair.

Agreed. No problems with Leliana, here. I like her, too. And a relationship between her and Alistair seems perfectly logical in the absence of the PC.

Yeah I kinda liked Leliana. Although Morrigan and Shale would most likely be my BFFs cause I share the same humor and disdain for certain things; Lei would be nice for a shopping buddy.....If she kept her mouth shut

Concerning the relationship with Alistair. yeah I was kinda annoyed but I understood. He needs someone to  talk/connect to; he hates Morrigan, Wynne's too much like a grandmother, and Sten is..well..Sten. Overall, I'm just glad he didn't die a virgin. Huh green is my favorite eye color. Naturally because mine are green...well hazel but predominantly green.
Still, Morrigan's yellow eyes are like magic

After six months of playing I finally explored some alternate endings, and I'm feeling a bit blue. First I played a male warden who let Loghein live, while an unhardened Alistair walks away (my warden married the witch Anora, too).

Then I went back to my female warden who lived, but married Alistair off to the witch Anora...hated that. I just finished letting my female warden die while Alistair married the witch Anora thinking he'd have the warden with him as well *sniffle*

I can't even do the new DLC yet...still working my way into it. This discussion is helping, though, thanks.
