I love to torture characters, hell I have written one where Alistair falls to pieces after the PC's death (based on the Alistair returned to rebuilt the warden but it wasn't the same anymore- ending) but executing him? O__O I think I could never do that, even not in a ficlet. I was complete shocked/ NOOOOES as I tested the keep Loghain option and Anora was like: OFF WITH HIS HEAD! and convinced her to let him be "free" instead.
Not to mention that I instantly reloaded to kill Loghain afterwards. Can't stand to do that to Alistair. It's like kicking a puppy. >_<
*grins* I know I have mentioned this other places, but I do absolutely god-awful things to my characters. I use the Lya character *points to her avi* in my fics. Sh's named after my favorite D&D character, and good lord, I did horrible, horrible things to her. Alistair does not have an expression that could adequately sum it up. I have unwilling to go that far with these chars, but you never know. It would be...
bad.
Oddly enough, in what I have written, Alistair never falls apart as badly as Lya does. Her character is such that when she breaks, she
breaks, and there's really no putting her back together. The Alistair in my head is much better at picking up the pieces and moving on.
There's a chest with his things in Eamon's estate?

I never knew this. God, that would be friggin awful to find. O_o
