Hakuouki, since I'm working on it.  It's a samurai show and I'm enjoying
it.  One of my all time favorites is Scrapped Princess.  Currently
rewatching it.  Hot damn, Shannon is effing hot.  Melody of Oblivion,
Fafner, Ouran, Genshiken.  There are others, but it is late and my brain
is tired.

You haven't seen Berserk?!??!  YOU?????  How can you be a DA and anime fan and not see Berserk???

Actually, if anyone has an idea for a mix-and-match of existing hair bits into something that would be interesting, let me know. No promises but may always give it a shot

Nooo pressure, just tossing an idea your way, nothing I have my heart set on.

I always thought this hairstyle had potential, but fell far short of the mark in several ways -- bangs are awkward and that weave in the back doesn't mesh well.







My suggestion would be to take the "maricstair" hair from the male model and put the female bun in the same location (the braided noose I can take it or leave it -- doesn't do anything for me).





You can play with your own ideas there. I like the idea of the hair swept back half-up into a bun, especially with those jewels on it. The bangs that comes with the default style just kills the mood.

My other idea would be to take Anora's double-bun hairstyle and move it around the ears for a Princess Leia look, but that might be one of those ideas that sound good in theory, but suck in execution. =p (probably wouldn't be great for elves since it'd interfere with their ears, too) Maybe just provide a version with the jewels in the bun so it's not exactly like Anora's hair. *shrugs*

Welcome back, Gilsa!  And since I didn't see this earlier...  is it possible to add more male hairstyles, tmp?  Like maybe a Maricstair hair without braids on the side?  I always mentally translate Maricstair hair into him just having the hair on the sides pulled back on the back of his head.  Not in a full ponytail like Anders/ Duncan hair, just to keep the sides out of his face.

To be fair, he's operating on the assumption that Sasuke is the same as he was when he left which was, well, pretty freaking adorable:

I'm making it my mission to persuade you into watching Berserk!  It's amazingly deep, and surprisingly dark at times.

To put it in perspective, your elf mage origin short would fit right in with the Berserk theme. Oh and there's plenty of gore and muscley, armored warriors to fawn over too.

Because 1) Summer doesn't start until the solstice on the 21st (I think) and 2) School doesn't get out until Friday.

It's normal for this area.  *shrugs*  It's all I've ever know.  You start the first week of Sept, get out around the third week of June.

@Addai -- good to be back!



@LadyD -- school worked the same way for me. It would start in September and finish in June. Other schools in the area would start in August and finish in May. I always liked the schedule I had better because June just felt like a graduation month while May had the vibe of finals or big projects due, etc. September = fall and thus school while August would just make me feel like vacation was being cut short.

Looking back on the last few pages it was apparently my fault it happened because of that Orochimaru picture I posted. But in my defense Yuki was the one who posted the PC with the neck that reminded me of him and LadyD turned it into a discussion by stabbing Sasuke in the eye.
