Nice recovery there.  LOL  We do sometimes try to pretend that NBA is an art form.  It's pretty operatic, for one thing.  Someone more talented than me totally needs to make an NBA video or slideshow set to "Ride of the Valkyries."   Edit:  Ride.  *eyebrow waggle*

Awww! Gorim! I loved Gorim after playing through the Dwarf Nobel origin! He was so sweet and caring, and I could have easily ate him up when he was being tender to Genar (My little Dwarf Princess) when they had to part ways during the prision scene. Heck, my mother even walked in and just turned into a pile of mush when I let her ask Gorim to hold her one last time. And my mother doesn't even like Bioware games! Hah! There is hope after all! ;D

Anyway, pity I heard about what happens when you meet up with him again. Tsk. I hope I can chew him out for it, or at lest let Genar's lover (Zevran) smack him around a bit. Anyway, I agree. That's an AWESOME screenshot of him! He looks so dashing. <3

Unfortunately there is only one scene that isn't tied in to dialogue for all three races, and that is the "kiss him" one.

Unfortunately there is only one scene that isn't tied in to dialogue for all three races, and that is the "kiss him" one.

Not sure what that means. You can only pick from one dwarf kiss or you can't modify the kisses because they're all smooshed together in an one-scene-fits-all?

Well, who to play next...Caislyn is...done. I thought she'd get to the end, but again, post landsmeet conversation kills the game for me. I didn't Make Alistair king, so Awakening isn't appealing at all, in fact the more I play Origins the less I want bothered with Awakening except MAYBE on my Noble.

You know, just before I head off and start my homework for today, I wanted to see if I could start a little bit of conversation from you fellow fans. So, what sort of nicknames did you give Alistair when you played through the game? Like I'm sure that everyone and their sister gave him the name "Ali", but anything special?



Like I call him "Turtle" for reasons I can't really explain. I just started calling him that after he single-handed fought off an ambush of thugs that had Wynne, Lilly and Aedan (My Uncle's first character) all dead at his feet, but he kept going. And I don't know...it's like a...snapping turtle. XD You don't mess with Alistair's friends, unless you want to get bitten by him!



...Yes it makes no sense, but I love calling him that. It's adorable. ~

I am not a fan of nicknames so none of them got any nicknames at all.

I abhor the nickname "Ali".  I always call him Alistair.  It's not terribly original, but my pcs prolly just call him "love".  Friend characters might call him "Al".
