I've done different variations like side with werewolves, side with Zathrian (a deal is a deal) but kill him once he reveals that his second-in-command knows how to heal the infected with Swiftrunner's heart (Zevran definitely approves of this), and I've done the ending where they both let go of the curse. Just was never sure what was the ideal way. Kinda like some people feel killing Isolde is the right thing because traveling three days to Circle is needless danger to the townspeople, etc.

I probably should do it differently just to see the different outcomes.  I don't think I ever could kill the whole clan, though I had HNF propose it so that I could hear Zevran's plea for them.  In my head what she was proposing was to kill Zathrian, not every man, woman and child in the camp.

My blood mage, who thinks elves are useless (have I mentioned how much Alistair and I hate him?), is going to side with the werewolves since he sees power, forget the treaties.  I think my dwarf might say "Screw you" and kill the Lady and the werewolves - he's a little more hot tempered and determined than most of my Wardens.

My Dalish is appalled at what Zathrian has done to his clan for the sake of vengeance (which she does not believe in) and so she forces him to end the curse.  To her, clan comes before all else and what he has done is the ultimate betrayal.

It takes a lot of tweaking to adjust the scenes for different races.

But hopefully an EF one is forthcoming?  *bats eyelashes in DahliaLynn's direction*

Sometimes I do it for the screenshots because the warden is marching up to camp all revenge-like. I don't necessarily keep that outcome. Sometimes I kill Connor first because I like the scene where everyone is waiting in a room while Isolde approaches slowly. There's a nice close-up of the warden and the room has good lights. I feel bad watching Isolde, but I am going to reload anyway so it's moot. =p

This is the bind I'm in.  I am so tempted to do a Warden ending with Idun, but I can't not harden him, and if he's hardened I can't not make him king. 

He still thanks you for not making him king if he's hardened (well, he's supposed to). Just don't, uh, ask if he's ok with Anora being Queen.

RP-wise, I would think Alistair could live with Anora being queen as long as the Blight was defeated - one of the main reasons he gives you for his being King is that Anora betrayed you once before and could easily do it again and not give you the armies, right? (That's if she betrayed you, of course).  As long as Loghain's dead, I think Alistair will deal with it, and I think he does okay with not being king - he still doesn't really want to be king, after all, he's just willing to make the sacrifice and find happiness and good in it.

I think the harder is not letting him be king, when I know he'll be a good one and I hate Anora...

How would you guys have rather Anora handle the whole 'trying to get your support for the Landsmeet'? And if she admitted she would'nt support you if you wouldn't support her would it also have been less of an issue?

I would prefer she not play games, yes.  Different PCs react differently to this.  You're being played by lots of people throughout the game who are willing to risk your life for their own ends, so Anora is really just another.  I don't feel at all bad for her if she loses the game, though.
