Alistair seems to know trouble is coming...
He just doesn't know it's spelled Kasha Cousland..
Jess! That's almost scary! Alistair looks like he's going to be in trouble!
Oh yes...she's a little bit of a handful, in her stalled fic she even puts Eamon in his place mid-stride when she returns from Amaranthine. It's THIS look you have to worry about...
I believe I called it her "2 minute warning"
It's TMP's Tucked Hair latest update. I don't know about the chargen file though, I only use the toolset. But I'm sure by the time I wake up someone smarter than me knows:)

And yes, you need to download the chargenmorph file so the new styles will show up in the creator. If you have a lot of mods that require editing the chargemorph file, I recommend downloading CharGenMorph compiler. What it does is look through your override folder for all the chargenmorphs and compiles it all into one single file for you to use. Easy peasy. Every time tmp updates his hairstyles, I download his chargen file and run the program and it automatically adds his styles to the list. I don't have to edit anything manually.

If you're using the CC only, the hair won't show up until the chargenmorph file is updated. If you're using the toolset, it should be there once you download it and put it in your override folder.
Which way are you using it?

Like I said, I snatched some pictures of Kestrel this afternoon, and one of the better pictures involved her during the Joining cutscene. One of the few pictures where she actually looked pretty. I don't know, for some reason I feel self conscious about her looks. Normally I don't mess with the eyes or the face, unless I want them to look awful. But I just can't decide weather or not she looks...pretty.Blah. I guess it's too late to change her looks, yeah? Already past Ostagar and heading to Lothering.

http://wiki.answers....g_the_lily_mean
Q: What does guilding the lily mean?
A: To gild something is to apply a coating of gold to it. The expression means to add beauty to something that is already perfect and beautiful. It is excessive and redundant.
In a broader sense, it means to overdo something, to try to add what it already has and doesn't need more of.
The expression comes from Shakespeare and has been incorrectly quoted for more than a century:
SALISBURY:
Therefore, to be possess'd with double pomp,
To guard a title that was rich before,
To gild refined gold, to paint the lily,
To throw a perfume on the violet,
To smooth the ice, or add another hue
Unto the rainbow, or with taper-light
To seek the beauteous eye of heaven to garnish,
Is wasteful and ridiculous excess.
King John, 1594

Gilding the liy means adding something unnecessary to something already beautiful.
So it's a good thing -- it means your elf is already perfect, she doesn't need anything else changed!
And she is very striking! I love the hair.

Ah! I see what you mean there, I figured it meant something such as that. I'm just really stupid late at night and it's two thirty here. So you will have to excuse my stupidity. Thank you again! I'm so, so, soooo pleased you like her!
It's just...it's not like I ever messed with the toolset on Neverwinter Nights or anything. >___<; I miss out on a lot of cool stuff apparently.

*blushes once again* Thank you, my friend! I'm glad you like my character. I was really pleased with her when I created her.

Was testing out the camera and the printscreen button here, and during this, Kestrel looked away and I noticed that Alistair looked at her. Twus fun to take this, I gotta say. Heheheh.

If you made her in the character creator, you're not going to be able to load up her face in the toolset and fix her chin. At best, you'd get a file full of text and you can change the values of her hair color or skin color or what hair style she's wearing. But you would not be able to change the major facial features.PowerOverNothing wrote...
And I hope you won't mind if I ask if you did mean the toolset when you said "tweaking" her. Because if it is...well, that would be pretty cool if I could mod her outside of the game itself. Of course, I like her face, it's just some of her chin that bugs me. So any answer would be nice. And I hope I am not bothering you with mah questions.
It's just...it's not like I ever messed with the toolset on Neverwinter Nights or anything. >___<; I miss out on a lot of cool stuff apparently.
You have two choices you can go from here:
1) You can start a new game and recreate her face in the character creator from the same preset that you used (if you remember which one it was). If you're happy with it, save the new game and follow the instructions in FaceReplacer to take the face from the new game and overwrite the face in your old game.
2) You can try to recreate her face in the toolset. Once you're happy with it, you can overwrite the old face by either editing the .das file of a saved game or using FaceReplacer (read the text file enclosed for instructions). The downside to using the toolset is that there are many more controls and sliders so it might be harder to get the exact face you have in the game. The upside is ... well, you have way more control in customizing your faces and you can start to add special make-up, tattoos, scars, and so on. You can open up the face in toolset and make changes any time you want (like if there are new hairstyles you want to try out).
Make the face first either with the CC or in the toolset. Once you're happy, then come back with questions on how to transfer the new face to your game and we'll help you. It's OK to be overwhelmed because the toolset IS daunting!

Well, is the face replacer thing more compliacted than the toolset? Because, like I said, I have difficulites learning new stuff. HECK. I just recently learned how to mod Morrigan's face and I was shocked to see it working right. I hope that isn't too stupid. Anyway. I'm sorry for all the questions. You must think I'm a total idiot.

Yes, you should be able to swap faces and the game won't be all weird on you. The only thing that changes is your character's new face. The FaceReplacer comes with a text file that will explain how to extract or import things. It can be overwhelming at first, but it is pretty simple once you understand the concept.
For example:
1. Make a new game with the new face and save the game.
2. Open up FaceReplacer.
3. Click on "Source File" and find the game you just saved.
4. Click on "Destination File" and pick .mor from the drop down menu. Type in a name for the new face you're about to save. Hit "extract."
NOW you are going to take the new face into your old game.
1. Open up FaceReplacer.
2. Click on "Source File" and this time, pick .mor from the drop down menu and find the new face you just saved.
3. Click on "Destination File" and pick any of your saved games from your old character. Hit "exchange."
Congratulations. You have successfully put your new face in your old game. Open up DAO and go to the saved game you just modified and look at your new face.
