I would file that under "what a relief." Although with Brand having Morrigan hair, it does give DR nightmare flashbacks.
The creepiest was Brand talking with Morrigan's voice. I can't even begin to describe it.
And I love the Addais quarreling over Anora. It's adorable (and I'm sure you love hearing that). If my bf wasn't terrified of message boards, we'd probably be fighting about hardening Alistair or duking it out in a Z v. A thread. But if we add to the general amusement on the board, what can I say. [zevran] It's a living. [/zevran]
The really funny thing is that my current avatar is my sneaky rogue HNF who ended up Anora's nemesis, and my husband is forced to post with her as his face. It's like Eren is hatching this big plot to usurp Anora's fanbase. Muahahaha!
Wait, wait, waitwaitwait.....You guys post with the same account?? That's hilarious! People on those threads, when reading you guys arguing and not realizing you're two different people, must think you're looney tunes!!

Has anyone else been reporting trouble with the chargenmorph on this last version? I swear I've done all I could do. I re-downloaded your mod and chargenmorph, threw everything out and re-installed, ran my Compiler, and rinsed and repeated several times, but in the end I was only getting vanilla hairstyles.tmp7704 wrote...

Yeeees. *heavy groaning sigh* He always flags his posts as (Husband), which in itself is ridiculous, but we seem to have different levels of what we consider absurd. Up until recently I was the only one who used the forums, but he's on a kick lately, what can I do. Someone kindly offered a PS3 registration code they weren't using so that we could have two logins, but he refuses, something about how this account is tied to his email addres and he doesn't want to use a different one.Mel_Redux wrote...

Do you have a backup from your old chargenmorph file?

tmp could solve my problems by adding Morri hair to his next update. That's the only hair I use in More Hairstyles anyway. *sparkle eyes in tmp's direction* I know that doesn't really solve the underlying issue, whatever it is.

Extremely different. It's so odd, because generally we both play noble/good characters, so you would think we would see the game pretty similarly, but 'tis not so. Just as an example, on his last game, he played a DEF who romanced Zevran and married an unhardened Alistair off to Anora. To me, that is a fate worse than death for Alistair and not especially good for the country. To him, he was giving Alistair the good life without any responsibilities and because my good husband lurvs Anora for some reason, he considers it doing right by Ferelden to put her in charge.Sarah1281 wrote...

I dunno. I should just keep my head down and wait for him to move on to some other video game interest. LOL

yea, I know its for giggles. Its cool. It just I dunno...I'm feeling a bit prickly this morning and some of that was talking about MarySueness of the PC earlier. Won't go into details, its not your pic,k darlin', its me with the problem.
*Edit* cause I don't want to imply its Surely's PC I was talking about, it was talking about PC MarySueness in general (DSC, HNM Marries Anora and she submits to his big peen etc)
Alas, The Warden is kind of a MarySue magnet...I mean, when two people defeat something that only dozens/hundreds of Wardens before were needed it's kind of got "Mary Sue" stamped all over it. You have to RP pretty hard to give your Warden faults, and even then, you're still pretty BAMF. And I think that aspect appeals to a lot of people, especially your more casual players, I would think. The people in this thread, for instance, usually seem to go to pretty extensive lengths to make their Wardens not so perfect in RP. *shrugs*
I don't! I'm so clumsy with the controls they're all clutzes! Especially my rogues...lol! My mages freeze their friends, or set them ablaze on their arses. It's a wonder we got through the archdemon at all last night. I only wrote about one, and I gave her the flaw I see mot around me. Thinking once you fall in love and get married, everything is rainbow and puppies. She's gonna have a meeting with Mom n Dad in the fade her if I ever get back to it, where they can explain you have to LEARN marriage and work at it.
But while I'm playing...they're usually a bit clumsy and have bad timing if they aren't a rogue.

Heh we argue about them long distance!
Him: You're too slow, you fuss about the right gear and weapons I just play
Me: No YOU do it wrong, you don't talk to your companions, or get to know them, or do their quests! It's RPG not hack n slash!
Him: *eyes rolling so loudly I can hear them in another country*

Hee. So he can play games? That's good, though it's weird that you might be a soldier for a living and then play a soldier in your off hours. It's like if I went home and played a video game where I had to maneuver US customs, push lots of paper and field telemarketing calls. That would be the worst. video. game. ever.Lady Jess wrote...

He does, he plays army/war games (Command and Conquer, Call of Duty...though he has low tolerance for shooters) watches tons of war movies. It helps I think that he loves his job too. He actually wanted to go in at 18 but his umm err girlfriend (cough*me*cough) whined and complained til he changed his mind. He actually enlisted at 28, after we'd been married 9 years. 9/11 happened, and he was passed over for a good promotion at work for the boss's nephew. He went to the store to get a couple things, and was gone for like 2 hours. When he came home, he'd already gotten all the info from the recruiter, and waged an all out logical assault that I couldn't argue with...lol
Luckily, I love WW2 movies, and games myself so it doesn't drive ME nuts being surrounded by it all the time. When he had R&R in March we sat side by side on the couch with our laptops gaming...lol

I had one person mention they had trouble with elf hairstyles not showing at all after they tried to make a combined chargen thingie through copy&paste, but it apparently did work with the chargen file from my project so we sort of chalked it up to the combined chargen file possibly having some errors in it.Addai67 wrote...

Heh, I see a gaming laptop in my future, too. I paid outrageous sums of cash for my Macbook, however, so I feel like I ought to get some use out of it. We do have generally the same taste in movies, so that works. I love war movies. We just watched The Red Baron which was pretty good. He likes The Winter War, my favorite is probably We Were Soldiers or Gettysburg.Lady Jess wrote...

Actually my job could work as a video game if you could throw fireballs at US customs, have monsters leaping out at you from hanging file folders and be forced to fight them off with nothing but your stapler, and put a Crushing Prison on telemarketers before they launch into their spiel.
